The space
Apartment number 506 of approximately 25m2 is located on the fifth floor of an elegant Milanese building with concierge and a lift that reaches the fourth floor. The top floor must therefore necessarily be climb on foot. It has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:- LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge.

- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them
Additional services available: A/C with unique split, central heating, unlimited wifi.
Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.

The apartment was perfect for a couple weeks. The neighbourhood was very close to the Cadorna metro, and walkable from duomo. The house itself was fit with everything necessary for the stay. Everybody on the team - the CleanBnb member that helped with check in, and the lady at building reception were extremely helpful and available at all times. I’m very happy with my time here, would recommend 100%!

In terms of price/quality, a good option, since there were no available options for this money, there were simply no available options in this location. There was an option almost 2 times more expensive, but this is no longer suitable. We stayed in this attic for 2 months, so we will tell you first about the pros, of course this is a location, a 10-minute walk to the center, since we regularly went to the center, perfect. Cadorna railway station is about 5 minutes walk, from there to Malpensa airport ticket 12 euros per person, to Como 6 euros, trains run every 30 minutes, tickets can be bought on the spot, at the ticket offices that were bought inside the station, immediately sat down and drove. You can watch the directions of the trains on Google Maps, I recommend this map for navigation in Europe. Due to the disadvantages, the accommodation was not prepared for long stays, I had to buy more bed linen, because we slept on two beds, upstairs and downstairs. A little more dishes, it will be easier for new residents. There was no light in the kitchen area, we made lighting from the lamp, in general I liked everything, you can live.

Shower box dimensions 65cm x 65cm; from shower tray to ceiling height 2.20m; in the sink area - floor mirror height about 1.75m The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners. This is a smart accommodation, to be used mainly as a base for the night. In the event of unapproved use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Internal stairs to reach the upper level - For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge is required: * after 9:30 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m., a supplement of 25 euros is required. Silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to sign a short lease contract that involves administrative expenses between €50 and €150: the guest will be informed of these expenses at the time of signing the contract.
