The space
Practical Apartment equipped with everything necessary to stay in a dynamic and smart way. Ideal for young people and tourists looking for a space to use as a place to sleep and prepare a small breakfast.The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette assiduously to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
Apartment number 403 of approximately 25m2 is located on the fourth floor of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:
-LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower cubicle
- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them. Low ceilings, in some places maximum height 175cm.
Further services available: air conditioning with single split, central heating, unlimited wifi, small balcony.
Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They are active every day from 8 to 19. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the lift. ATTENTION: the lift in the building goes up to the fourth floor. To reach the fifth floor you have to walk up one floor.
Under the house there are tram stops #16 and #19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta/Viale Nirone, 20 meters away.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are the Sant'Ambrogio Parking near the house, the "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and the "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in area C, if you come by car you need to pay the access ticket.

This is the gorgeous boutique Milan pad you dreamed of !! With everything you need !! I walked the city !! Amazing meals at Gloria and Brera!! I got the train Everywhere !! Including Como, valtelena, and san Pellegrino !!! The flower sellers meant I had fresh roses daily and plenty of e-bikes, scooters, trams, etc !!! Was a lavish glamorous boutique sized pad ! Def recommend !! Graz is Bella (don’t forget to check out the local hot springs QC)

I would like to thank you for a wonderful stay of two months (I flew by). The location is the best in Milan, comfortable with everything. The loft studio with the window on the castle is beautiful, like the palace. Laundry in the working and comfortable building. A special thank you to the extremely nice and helpful doorman. We're considering coming back. I recommend it to everyone, both for vacations and for support in the city center for work (my case). Great value for money. Better accommodation in Milan cannot exist. The host was really nice and quick to respond. The location of the apartment was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to everything. The floors were sticky and dusty surfaces when I arrived. The floor may be due to the humid weather but did some washing even when I arrived. The apartment looks like the picture but is smaller than I thought. Due to such a central location, the apartment is also very listening. All in all I had a very good time in this apartment and would recommend others!

My friend and I stayed at this Airbnb for a month. The location is great, offering easy access to attractions. Shirani at reception was helpful. However, the manager's unhelpfulness was disappointing. The size of the apartment was much smaller than it appeared in the listing photos. The loft where the mattress is located had a low ceiling, making it impossible to stand up straight, (we are both 166cm). The same issue persisted in the bathroom and shower area, which was uncomfortable. There were no cleaning products which made it challenging to maintain the space clean. The app required for the use of the washing machines only worked with Italian apple account, which left us unable to use them. Positives included the convenient location, a lovely balcony view, and the friendly receptionist. However, the uncomfortable space and limited amenities left us feeling disappointed. The high price didn't match the value received, making it hard to recommend this listing.
