The apartment is located in an incredible location, almost impossible to find! You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between the magic of the Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Walking along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between outdoor spaces for aperitifs and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo, the iconic symbol of Milan!
The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
Apartment number 402, about 25 square meters, is located on the fourth floor with an elevator in an elegant Milanese building with a concierge, has all the main amenities and is organized as follows:
- LOWER LEVEL with a relaxation area with a sofa and a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, a kettle, and a small refrigerator.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower stall. Very small balcony present. Shower box dimensions 65cmx65cm; from shower tray to ceiling height 2.20m; in the sink area - floor mirror height about 1.75m
- UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them.
Additional services available: air conditioning with a single split, central heating, unlimited wifi.
Please note: there are washing machines and dryers for a fee in the building on floor -1 shared with other guests. They are active every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the elevator.
Below the house are tram stops #16 and #19: the nearest stop is Corso Magenta/Viale Nirone, 20 meters away.
If you are traveling by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the nearest paid garages are the Sant'Ambrogio Parking near the house, "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and the "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in area C, if you come by car you need to pay the access ticket.
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types.
Winter: The weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.

- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge is required:
