Great stay, very responsive host! The room on the street side was noisy and the bathroom needed renovating, but it was really pleasant and well located, close to the underground! I would recommend it! The flat is very clean and bright!

We loved Jim’s and Matta’s place for our 10 day London vacation! It was the perfect spot for our family. Their space was clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s super close to Regent’a Park and is in walking distance to stations and restaurants. J and M were kind, communicative, and made the experience of booking with them a breeze. Excellent hosts! Info for reference: There is no outlet in or near the bathroom, so just a heads up for any plug ins required for getting ready. The shower is a pretty high distance from the ground to step in and out. We had no issues, but anyone with mobility challenges might find it difficult to get in and out. Neither mentioned were deterrents for us or took away from our experience. Just notes for future guests when considering your needs/abilities. We can’t thank Jim and Matta enough for the use of their space! We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality flat in a great location while in London!

lovely 2 floor apartment very close to regent's park. bus stop right outside and only 5mins walk from tube. really responsive + helpful hosts. never stayed anywhere with a piano before!

We stayed here during our London trip for school visits and everything was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and peaceful. The host provided great service and made our stay smooth. We would happily stay again.

The apartment is in a good location. The interior was to a good standard and was warm and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was low but everything else was great. Comfy beds, lovely lounge, good kitchen. The hosts were professional and explained everything.

Lovely flat a block from Regents Park. Very comfortable beds, nice linens, well stocked kitchen. Tastefully decorated and quite cozy. Walking distance from a ton of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Clear specific instructions on entry. Great stay!

First time in London, the location is quite practical. The apartment itself is very good, everything is clean, very complete and comfortable. The only problem is the building in general, people gathered on the stairs, rubbish outside and the occasional homeless person. After that, 10 points

The location is very good. You are just a few steps away from Regent Park, which is beautiful for picnics or walks. We use it a lot. As for the rest of the attractions, you are about 30 minutes walk from everything, so we found it super comfortable. The house is well-equipped and spacious, it is perfect for a family of 4, the only thing we thought could be improved is the shower and the hot water. It was difficult for us to regulate the water flow (either it was very hot or it was cold). And they could also change the flower so that it comes out with more power... but it's a detail, the truth is that we loved it! We would stay again

The flat is in a lovely area with lots to do and is easy to access. However it is also rather old and tired and needs some modernisation, including oven etc. It is also close to a noisy main road and because of the heat we had to open windows which made it very loud. It is lovely being close to Regent's Park.

The apartment itself was clean on the inside and matched the photos. It’s in a good location in central London, however the building itself is quite rundown. Just something to be aware of, it wasn’t necessarily a problem, but it would’ve been nice to be aware of the building and immediate neighborhood. Only other complaint is the shower temperature control wasn’t working properly and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold. Otherwise, the hosts were great and the check-in process was easy.

Overall, we were satisfied with the stay. We thank the hosts. The house is a little far from the city center (30 min walk). It's a difficult location for rainy weather. There is a subway within 8 minutes walking distance, and a bus leaves in front of the house. It was very difficult to adjust the hot water in the bathroom. If you're crowded, a single toilet/bathroom may be a problem There were all kinds of amenities in the kitchen, we were satisfied. House roof duplex, bedrooms are bright, stairs are a little tiring. The beds were clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment near Regent’s Park. The space was bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with colorful art and cozy furnishings. Nice place that ticks all that I desired. Very close to Regents Park and made it easy to do my runs and bike rides. There's a nice bike shop just a 2 mins walk away. Easy to connect with public transportation to visit all the places you want to visit. The host is very responsive. Messages are replied almost immediately. The kitchen has quite a number of condiments and some good wines. 😉 The host allowed early luggage drop off and waved the fees. I was grateful for that.

Really good place to stay. Bright and airy, close to Regents Park. I was a bit wary about sleeping on the sofa bed, but it felt like a regular bed. Everything worked, there was a good supply of dishwasher tablets, pots and pans, herbs and spices and tea and coffee, sugar and milk sachets. Excellent, prompt communication. I would happily stay there on a future visit. In case it matters for you: it's up two flights of stairs and there's a further set inside the flat.
