Amazing stay!!!! Filipa and Sara were so accommodating and very communicative. Sara was waiting for us upon our arrival. Once we arrived we actually forgot one of our luggages at the airport. Sara offered to take us back to the airport. Additionally, during our stay a fuse blew out causing us to not have hot water. We communicated it to Sara and Filipa and they had a handy man and electrician come right away to fix it. The place overall was amazing! Great location. Amazing views. Very comfortable. We will be back next year for sure. Just hoping it will be available for us. Thanks Filipa and Sara for one of the most memorable stays! Can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The location is excellent – close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made our mornings extra special. The hosts were also incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Arrival was very smooth with 1 people from the agency waiting down the building. The appartment is spotless and has a fully equiped kitchen. Location is great with metro, bus or taxi station at 5mn walking that can take you to central Lisbon in 30mn. There is a mall downstairs with a supermarket. The only downside is that you can't really regulate the heat and it was quite hot at nights...

The unit is well located just next to the Oriente station with both train and subway access. The mall is right next door. The view is awesome. We enjoy the beautiful sunrise everyday. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Luisa. She was very nice. The location of the apartment is great. There is a mall next to it with a big supermarket and restaurants all around.There are some things we noted though as the apartment needs updating. Both bathrooms are in need of maintenance especially the showers. One shower head is installed lower (for a tub) so you basically have to hold the shower head in order to use it, extremely uncomfortable. The second bathroom’s shower head is loose and falls out risking hitting smaller children. Another issue we experienced during our stay had to do with the time of the year as it was unbearably hot inside the apartment. There isnt a thermostat in the apartment that allows you to adjust the temperature and Luisa explained that the building turns on the heater which makes the apartment really hot. She mentioned that we had the option to open the window. The challenge there is that during the night you can hear activity from the street making the

The view and the location were the top reasons for choosing this spot. I loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast and being serenaded from below in the evening with a glass of wine. Plenty of space to enjoy time with our family.

Filipa's apartment, is located in the modern district of the Parc des Nations, in a large recent building very noticed by locals, as it has a "bow" style of boat with beautiful views of the Tagus just across the street. I recommend if you like contemporary style.

Perfect location with lots to do around. The apartment matches the description. It has everything you need for your stay. It's also clean and organised. We were there with our tomando baby and Filipa provided all we need (travel cots, high chair, even plates and cups for the toddler). The view from the balcony is a plus!! We would definitely be back and recommend to everyone.

Just finished a 6 night stay at this beautiful condo. The pictures are very accurate so there are no surprises! Greta condo for 2 people or a family of 4. We have two kids and appreciated the space - especially bathroom! Loved that both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. View was incredible- and location is perfect with transport, the mall and so many restaurants within steps! Would recommend 100%

What a great and centralized place to stay! Filipa met with us to complete our check in and explain how the amenities work. The apartment was perfect I mean I couldn’t have a complain if I tried haha. Located right by the Orient bus station, Uber and Bolt come right to the front as well if that is your preferred mode of transport. There is a supermarket (Conciente) walking distance which we walked to for groceries. The kitchen had utensils for us to make breakfast daily. Of course bring your own groceries. Everything else worked great. I don’t do great writing reviews but STAY HERE!! I will definitely be back next year and hope for availability. Thank you, Filipa!

We have just returned from a superb stay at Filipa’s apartment. We were slightly apprehensive as travelling abroad for the first time with two children under two. However we were quickly made at ease thanks to fantastic communication from the moment we booked. We were met at the place and shown around, contacted the next day to ask how we were getting on and provided some child friendly eating utensils as there weren’t any Filipa was able to provide two travel cots and a high chair without extra charge. Location was perfect - approx 10mins (taxi) or 20mins (metro) from airport, 5 mins from oriente metro stop, 40ish mins from city centre via metro and right next to oceanarium, cable car and science museum. Oh and a shopping centre with supermarket under the building. It was perfect to head back to a quieter part of town after a day of sightseeing and enjoy a beautiful view from the apartment. There were restaurants on the river front at either end of the cable car. A perfect stay!

The area is around the corner of a mall, but out of the way from most of historic Lisbon. Each Uber ride will take at least 25-30 minutes to reach to neighborhoods like Chiado, etc. We chose this place because of the proximity of the Oriente station. We did not have hot water the first night, but figured that we have to space out our showers by 30 minutes apart between all 4 of us to get adequate hot water. The bathroom downstairs also clogs a bit when you flush multiple times. the bathrooms tend to smell also after a few days. Overall, it's an adequate apartment for 3-4 nights stay.

We had a great stay! Host was very responsive and we had someone come and meet us upon check in! Couple of things that would be useful in the appartment would be to leave the info guides in the table, Had we not looked in the drawers we would not have found them and they had alot of useful information in there :-) Not necessary but some nice touches to have could be: Full length mirror Blue tooth speaker

Beautiful place, all the amenities, close to shopping and transportation. The most impressive thing was that our lovely host messaged me the day before we were to arrive to let us know that our train had been canceled due to the strike. Because of this, we were able to change to a different train the day before and were not blindsided on our traveling day. What a thoughtful think to do!

Filipa and her apartment are both wonderful. You could not ask for a more convenient location. It is right next to everything you need, including the Metro to get to the historic part of the city if you want to visit there.

Loved staying in Filipa's place and will recommend it to friends and family! The views are breathtaking and the apartment is extremely clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Above all, the location cannot be beat as it's right above Vasco da Gama shopping center with all it has to offer (shopping, restaurants, cinemas, etc.), but without any of the noise (it's super quiet and peaceful in the apartment up high). For any tourists it's also just a 5 min walk to Oceanarium and other key sites in the Expo/Parque das Nacoes area plus right by Oriente Station (easy connections to all other areas of Lisbon). Definitely 5 STARS!!!

Beautiful, clean and structured apartment. As it is a duplex, with two en-suites on the upper floor, people with reduced mobility may have some difficulty. Iconic building in Expo Park with stunning views. The balcony, however, even due to the architecture of the building, does not have a safety net, which deserves attention for those travelling with children. In short: a delightful apartment.

Filipa is the best host we have ever had. Her apartment is our first temporary "home" in Portugal (8 days) and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there: the view is amazing, the apartment is clean, bright, well equipped (air condition, washer/dryer, everything you need), extremely quiet, and very comfortable. Coming from California with jet lag, we slept very well on the large beds with the right amount of firmness, and the blackout curtains worked great. The location is unbeatable: only a few steps to shopping, dining, entertainment and all forms of transportation. We would give the place 6 stars if possible. we definitely want to return. In fact, we would love to book the last week of our Portugal scouting trip in the same apartment before flying back to California, but the dates we want are all taken. We will have to secure our stay in Filipa's apartment well in advance the next time we come to Portugal.

Location Location Location. Filipa apartment got everything nearby. Huge supermarket, railway & metro station and also long distance buses terminal all in walking distance. The location is just amazing. Duplex with the two suites upstairs. Super quiet building, doors and windows with acoustic and thermal fence. automatic curtains. Heaters in every room. Literally next to the Mall that has everything, including a giant supermarket. The mall opens every day from 8am to 12am. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants in Parque das Nações (Honnest Green is one of the best). The Oceanarium is a must. Cable car, Science space.. all of this is part of the view of the apt, just a few steps away. It has a washer (Lava and dry) and dishwasher. Furniture is easy but very quiet. Super comfortable beds. Very dark and quiet room. 1,000 for Filipa who welcomed us, always quick to respond and attentive.

Superb week in Lisbon !! The flat offers an awesome river view, its 2min walk to the tube station, it's 1min walk to the big shopping centre Vasco de Gama, it's not far from the city centre maybe 10-12min in a cab (and let me tell you that €8 for the cab , well I won't say no #cheap)... Most importantly Filippa is easy to get in touch with if you need advice, suggestion for places to eat, drink or whatever. So yep, recommended ✅ Cheers 🍻

The apartment location was great. Easy transport access to travel around Lisbon and to travel into cities within Portugal. The apartment itself was very clean, bright and airy. The host was fantastic, available whenever needed and the apartment had leaflets and a booklet with information for tourists within Lisbon.

Excellent location but leaves much to be desired as a luxury development. The fact that the air conditioning does not work makes the nights very uncomfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee for arriving after 10:00 pm, and I had to wait more than 45 minutes for the person who was going to do the check-in....

What makes Filipa's place special (aside from her gracious hosting) is the view. In these stressful times, the view of the river is wonderfully calming. The location is also great - the area is quiet and there are great walks along the river, away from cars. It's easy to get away from the noise of central Lisbon. On the other hand, we took a couple of quick metro rides in to the center of Lisbon and enjoyed all the sights - and food - on offer there. We had a great time staying at Filipa's place as a base for exploring Lisbon.

Filipa's place is located at a very convenient spot, just 1 minute walk to a big shopping arcade with supermarket. Metro station is only 2mins away. The view from the living room and bedroom is stunning. Kitchen is very well equipped. We would recommend it to anybody looking for accommodation near this area.

Stylish place set over two floors and with stunning views. Super convenient if you're going to the Altice Arena for a concert it's literally 3 minutes door to door. Metro station also really close so you can explore the rest of the city no trouble at all. Filipa was quick to reply to any queries and also organised Airport Transfers. We were checked-in on arrival by an incredibly helpful and informative lady who gave us some great tips for exploring. Very professional service through and through, thanks everyone!

Nice view, comfortable beds, fully equipt kitchen, felt like home.. friendly host with helpful answers, calm although in the city (formerly expo-terrain). Next to Oriente-Station, from there in ca. 15 minutes in the city center. Would stay there again if i will visit Lissabon again.
