Really loved this space, nice furniture and decorations, view from the terrace is amazing, very nice pool to use for the warmer months and a gym as well. Very nice host, spacious apartment and secure, very worth the price. Would stay here again

Very close to the Graca neighbourhood which has so many nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed and lore. Pool area was splendid. Checkin by Luísa was very nice!

Filipa’s Airbnb is an amazing place to stay and exceeded all of our expectations! It is a beautiful apartment that looks exactly like the pictures and has plenty of amenities. We were properly checked in and shown around the apartment and the building. It was great to have the pool area to relax by, it was nice and quiet and the apartment is situated in a perfect location to explore much of Lisbon. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation was perfect, very neatly maintained, spacious living space, bedrooms, terrace and wonderful swimming pool. The immediate surroundings were not so pleasant, with quite a few homeless people and drug users in the evening. But despite that, we didn't feel unsafe. Apartment is within walking distance of most sights, shops and breakfast options. Also close to Rossio to take the metro or train.

Beautiful accommodation with a good view of the castle and over the city, as well as free parking and a shared pool. Apartment with two bedrooms (each with a duvet, a wide bed, a narrower bed) and two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. Communication is good and flexible. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment is manageable and the surroundings are not inviting (in the park in front of the house, there are permanent overnight guests in a tent).

Wonderful apartment which is well provisioned and beautiful furnished. Close to the Funicular to Graca and not far from the hub of Martin Moniz. While not on major transport routes nothing is too far away. The apartment has everything. Yep; everything. And the communal pool is stunning. And to top it the host - Filipa - is a dream to engage with. All in all thoroughly recommend!!

Stayed for one week, family of four. Clean, modern and central placement. Very efficient AC system, even during 38 degrees. Easy and effective in closing noise from outside as well when needed, due to building renovations/constructions and a nearby park with some noise. Good information and communication from Felipa and team during our stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our 19 month old son, and it was wonderful. We really loved the space and the amenities were a huge bonus. Other reviews speak to the area being a bit unsafe and it did feel slightly unsafe late at night but we were never worried. The team was very responsive and the location was good. Lots of walkable restaurants. My only suggestion is to uber/taxi from the airport. Coming from NYC, we always use public transportation and it was a hard, uphill hike to the Airbnb with our bags. Would recommend.

We had an enjoyable week-long stay at Filipa's apartment. She and the management team were highly communicative and very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for 3-4 people, families. We cooked at home a fair bit and enjoyed time on the balcony and at the pool which is a real gem for a Lisbon property. Would happily return, we had a great time in the city.

We had a pleasant stay at the flat. The views of Lisbon were fantastic. The communication of Filipa and Luisa was great. The apartment was tastefully decorated and spotless. Unfortunately we had some building work on the apartment that we were only informed of upon our arrival but didn’t cause too much issue, and in addition were caught up in the blackout and our hire car was not able to get into the garage as there was no physical override key left for the garage doors. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing. Location was OK, a decent walk into the thick of the city and close by to some avoidable areas. All in all a wonderful and clean apartment. We had a wonderful holiday at the apartment. The views were amazing across Lisbon, we loved having the privilege of seeing the sunsets every evening rather than having to wait on a hill side like many others. The apartment was quiet and spacious for 4 people and having the pool and gym was a huge bonus. The complex was very quiet and we hardly saw any other people, with great access to Lisbon. Located at the top end of the old town but if you go the wrong way you can find some of the less desirable parts, but overall very safe. Recommend Bolt from the airport as cheaper than a metro for 4 people and bolt eats for basic groceries to avoid carrying down/up hills.

Over all the apartment was nice and we felt safe inside. We were disappointed in the location (surrounded by construction which caused the only road to be closed on multiple days), not easily accessed, and a large homeless population with barking dogs in the area directly behind the bedrooms (directly under the balconies). We experienced a substantial water leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms which was discovered to be an issue with the roof, the floor tiles in the showers were very unstable, the master shower’s drain backed up when in use and leaked out on to the floor with each use, and one of the dining room chairs was broken and unusable. It’s is also worth mentioning that the washer/combined dryer was essentially useless (super small and wouldn’t dry anything) so best not to count on it. Also the pool was green when we arrived. Filipa was very kind and did send someone to repair the roof. Definitely disappointed given the value for what it cost. Would not rebook here.

We had a wonderful time at Filipa’s place. We stayed there with our 10 month old baby and it had a cot with lovely linen, highchair, and very little clutter which was perfect. The location was great, easy to walk into town, easy to get to Alfama, right on the tram line, and next to the Funicular Graça which is free and goes up to a beautiful viewpoint and cafe. The communication was great, check in with very friendly Sara who showed us around, and transfer link provided which was a huge help given very few people could offer a baby seat. The weather was very overcast so we didn’t get to try out the pool but the facilities there were brilliant and the pool area will be perfect for a lounge and a good book when the suns out.

The Rent4rest apartment was one of the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb stays we have booked so far. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, everything is very clean and the view over all of Lisbon is simply indescribably beautiful. From the bedrooms you can look into a quiet little park, so we could sleep undisturbed. The air conditioning also worked well during the cool season. We felt the elevator was a luxury, as this is by no means common in Lisbon. Our contact Filipa always helped us with any questions. Since the Graça district is quite high, it actually always goes uphill or downhill, yet I would always want to stay here. There are many good restaurants in the area, for which a short walk is worthwhile and fortunately it is not yet so crowded there.

Filipa’s communication was quick and efficient, and a friendly lady met us at the building, gave us a tour, and shared helpful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Great experience. Great accommodation with two great views (chateau/city and Graca garden). Super clean apartment, with airco, washing machine, dishwasher and lots of useful equipment. Very quiet, and super well insulated at night. Beautiful pool and windshield wipers available! Recommended.

The apartment is a wonder, breathtaking views, luxury, large space, quality furnished, well equipped, comfortable beds and with the incentive of the pool. Perfect air conditioning. We were only surprised to find a single toilet, when you expect it is one in each bathroom. The best views in the city that anyone could dream of. To repeat, when the price allows us.

We had a lovely stay here for 7 nights. The apartment is absolutely beautiful- really lovely pieces of furniture and art work everywhere. It is huge too. We loved the two balconies which both had great views. The pool is lovely too and had great views of the castle. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more for our stay. The location was ideal- just a few minutes from the castle. It was about 5 minutes walk to a square where you can catch the tram, buses and metros. Many of the sights are within walking distance. There are loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Filipa is a great host and is really responsive. She was happy to give us restaurant/ activity recommendations, book us a taxi etc. This was the perfect base for a lovely holiday in Lisbon.

What a beautiful apartment. Possibly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Amazing city views from the front balcony, similarly great view over the lovely gardens at the back. Plus the most glamorous swimming pool. Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment with two large bedrooms. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you can.

We did not want to leave. The apartment is bright with gorgeous sunlight. The views are gorgeous. I have never stayed in somewhere so quiet, and yet you are still in the heart of the city. Perfect mix of being in a local neighborhood and being able to walk to all the main tourist sites. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone - great also for small children as there is space in the living room to crawl around. We also appreciated the cot and high chair.
