The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and a Single bed along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a Double bed and a Single bed, with access to a full hallway bathroom. An iron and ironing board are provided for guest use.

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.

The host responded quickly. It was a quiet area and they had a mini starter kit with soap and tissues. We arrived an hour early because we did not hit traffic like we thought. The cleaners were gone, but they still would not let us in until 4:00. The parking passes were inside the room so it was a little inconvenient that we had to drive around 4:00 on the dot. The room could use a deep cleaning because there’s stuff on the walls and stains on the floors. The mattresses are also stained and a few stains on the sheets. Overall, the place wasn’t horrible. It was a nice place for two nights. I would recommend deep cleaning the place and being a little flexible with check in.

We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. To help us keep this home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules. This is a strictly no-pet property. While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the home for any reason. Ocean City Vacation Homes enforces a $500 fine for pets brought into the unit. If traveling with a pet, we kindly ask that you book a pet-friendly property instead. This is also a 100% smoke-free property, including the balconies. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will be charged for any smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. To comply with HOA rules and keep the property looking its best, towels, clothing, and other items may not be hung from balconies or walkways at the front or back of the building. Parking is limited to assigned spaces only. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in designated spots or risk towing at the owner’s expense. Before departure, please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher. Guests must follow Ocean City’s noise ordinance and respect our neighbors. Homeowners in the building take pride in their property, and loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat our home with care. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the property is left in unacceptable condition (including but not limited to excessive mess, vomit, urine, or other damage requiring specialized cleaning). Finally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.
