Nestled along a wide, deep canal perfect for boating and fishing, this spacious six-bedroom home is the ultimate setting for family vacations, holiday gatherings, or group getaways. With attractions like the Freeman Arts Pavilion, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, and Fenwick Island State Park all within five miles, you’ll enjoy both tranquility on the water and easy access to local fun. When you arrive, every bed will be made with fresh linens, and each guest will have a clean bath towel waiting—so you can drop your bags and start your vacation right away.

Inside, the home is designed for both comfort and convenience. The island kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with seating available at the large dining table or outdoors on the shaded patio. The living area is filled with natural light and features a cozy gas fireplace and cable-equipped TV, perfect for evenings with your loved ones. With two washers and dryers, central air conditioning, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out, this retreat is as functional as it is inviting.

The six bedrooms are arranged to comfortably accommodate groups of all sizes: BR 1 has a king bed, BR 2 has a double lower bunk, twin upper bunk, and twin trundle, BR 3 has the same setup, BR 4 has a king bed, BR 5 has a queen bed, and BR 6 offers two twin beds.

Outdoor living is just as special as the interior. Scenic canal views can be enjoyed from furnished balconies at both the front and back of the house. The expansive deck includes a gas grill, porch swing, and outdoor dining space, making it the perfect spot for cookouts and evening relaxation. In the yard, a wood-burning firepit invites you to gather for marshmallows and stargazing under the clear Delaware skies. You’ll also find bicycles to explore the neighborhood and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the water.

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as raccoons, foxes, seagulls, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.

If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.

All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.

After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.

Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).
