The space
Enjoy relaxing bay views from Makai 613, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 6th floor. Perfect for up to six guests, this midtown Ocean City retreat combines convenience, comfort, and peaceful water views.The open living area features a DirectTV cable box, Smart TV, and queen pullout sofa, with large windows filling the space with natural light. Step out onto your private furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the bay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and a toaster, along with all the essentials for meal prep. A storage closet beside the kitchen holds a broom and additional storage space.
Building amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center with sauna, and billiards room in the lobby. Luggage carts are available by the building’s main doors for easy arrivals and departures.
When it’s time to rest, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, bay views, ceiling fan, mini portable fan, and DirectTV cable. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, Blu-ray player, DirectTV cable, and extra bedding in the closet.

What is included in the complimentary starter kit?

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This place was perfect for our weekend stay for oceans calling. Both of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The living room was comfortable to hang out in and the balcony was a wonderful addition. The only complaints we have is the place was barely stocked with any of the essentials. The host makes it clear when it comes to what they provide, but it was misleading. The sizes of the soaps for the showers provided was only enough for one person to use one time. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the condo with 2 bathrooms and 4 people for 4 days. We were staying in OC the weekend for the musical festival and had no intention of having to stock the condo with soap and toilet paper. I will also say that the beds were very loud and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing your own pillows and blankets because they do not provide much. Also bring your own towels, soaps, hand soaps, and trash bags because you will run out of what they provide within the day.

This adorable condo provided both bayside and ocean views. It has all the things you need for your stay. There are luggage carts in the entrance that make it easy to bring everything inside at one time and easily. What a life saver! The Dough Roller is right next door so it made a quick and easy dinner the night of our arrival. Instructions were very easy to access the building and room and we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was as described in the listing. The location was perfect for our stay and check in was super smooth. The room had a great view of the bay. Zach was great with the few questions we had before our trip and messaged after we arrived to make sure we were checked in without issues. The only small thing was the beds were a little uncomfortable but it didn’t mess with our stay. We will definitely book this condo again.

Great space, highly recommend if you are in town for an event at Roland E. Powell Convention Center (no need to deal with the parking situation at the center, just walk on over!) The space itself was lovely (just as depicted) and our group of 5 had a comfortable stay. It's about ten minutes away from the boardwalk by car, which also worked for us as it had a quieter, calmer vibe. I'll definitely be considering this location next time I'm in town!

Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit. - NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. This home is smoke free including balconies. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. We will provide a valid parking permit that should be displayed while parking in assigned spots. You will have two spaces in addition to street parking. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Home owners take pride in their condo and will not tolerate loud or obnoxious behavior Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc).
