Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations are grounds for eviction under Maryland law.

Great condo with large balcony right on the bay! This was the perfect place for our long weekend at Oceans Calling music festival. There is a bus stop right outside the parking lot that will bring you directly along the boardwalk. Very clean with up to date appliances. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking visiting Ocean City.

I booked this place for my parents to have a weekend getaway and they absolutely loved it! They described everything to be just like the photos and check in was very easy. The condo was fully facing the bay and they loved that. My parents got locked out after they checked out and realized they left something in the condo, when I sent a message to the host they were very quick to unlock and have my parents grabbed their items.

While we enjoyed ourselves very much, there were some things that could have been done better. We paid so much money for no laundry use in our unit. We had to use the laundry on site which was inconvenient for us. Zach was super friendly and was able to replace a broken coffee machine within a few hours.

We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. To help us keep this home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules. This is a strictly no-pet property. While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the home for any reason. Ocean City Vacation Homes enforces a $500 fine for pets brought into the unit. If traveling with a pet, we kindly ask that you book a pet-friendly property instead. This is also a 100% smoke-free property, including the balconies. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will be charged for any smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. To comply with HOA rules and keep the property looking its best, towels, clothing, and other items may not be hung from balconies or walkways at the front or back of the building. Parking is limited to assigned spaces only. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in designated spots or risk towing at the owner’s expense. Before departure, please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher. Guests must follow Ocean City’s noise ordinance and respect our neighbors. Homeowners in the building take pride in their property, and loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat our home with care. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the property is left in unacceptable condition (including but not limited to excessive mess, vomit, urine, or other damage requiring specialized cleaning). Finally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. We do not rent to groups attending Senior Week. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a great experience for all of our guests.
