The condo was very nice and just steps from the beach! Check-in was easy, and we really appreciated all the extra touches that made it feel like home. We were in town for the Country Calling Festival, and it was super convenient to walk from the condo to the festival bus stop. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay. Easy to find, well equipped, comfy bed, hot water, very clean, easy walk to the beach. Close to bus stop, restaurants, would definitely stay here again. We stayed here for a festival in downtown OC. Clear instructions, fast response and easy check out.

- NO PETS ALLOWED per Salty Sands Condo Association and the owner, this includes service animals as well. We do not allow any pets for any reason. We love our furry friends but we can't have them in this home. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit. - NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. Our home is smoke free including balconies. There is a designated smoking area, located by the dog walking path. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Other owners are aggressive in reporting noise violations to the Ocean City Police. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: You will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non refundable damage waiver. Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! Damage wavier fee: Ocean City Vacation Homes provides a nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee that will be assessed to protect you from accidental damage during your stay. Pre-existing damages must be reported to Ocean City Vacation Homes upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. Ocean City Vacation Homes has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Guest damages not reported or damages that exceed $1,000 will be charged to the guest credit card. We only rent to families and due to local laws and Salty Sands Condo Association requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We do not rent to Senior Week kids.
