You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or that violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Excellent location , right on the beach and an excellent , unobstructed view of ocean 100 yards away. Very clean. My wife and I have stayed in multiple locations throughout the U.S. and intend on revisiting this location. Seems some updating was done - wonderful primary bedroom bathroom - nice job on the shower! Very clean! Couple items that could improve anyone's stay: 1. Feel a significant fire hazard with the toaster oven directly (within 8-10 ") below a highly combustible fiber board bottom of overhanging shelves in kitchen - would move to far left so nothing near it. Or another location that suits. 2. Need a couple new frying pans - no stick frying pan is done for.....and does not sit on the stove well. 3. Auto trash lid not working (suppose was batteries?); appears 1-2 T.V. remotes not working, again, batteries? T.V. manual? 4. Not sure if owner's response is partly A.I. , however, responses to our inquiries regarding how T.V.'s worked seemed so... perhaps , not.

The condo was great, the only issue was the condo directly underneath us the occupants smoked constantly outside. And they had to be smoking weed inside because that smell was coming into our restroom. And walking in and out from outside they were also smoking weed. The property is supposed to be smoke free. But you can’t control what guests will do. So overall quite and lovely condo. Good location!

Great stay! Exactly like the photos and spotless when we arrived. The view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom was amazing! The porch was perfect for hanging outside with some shield from the wind while still being able to hear and see the ocean! The couches were very clean and comfortable which made for very comfortable and relaxing nights in! Would love to stay again!

We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. To help us keep this home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules. This is a strictly no-pet property. While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the home for any reason. Ocean City Vacation Homes enforces a $500 fine for pets brought into the unit. If traveling with a pet, we kindly ask that you book a pet-friendly property instead. This is also a 100% smoke-free property, including the balconies. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will be charged for any smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. To comply with HOA rules and keep the property looking its best, towels, clothing, and other items may not be hung from balconies or walkways at the front or back of the building. Parking is limited to assigned spaces only. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in designated spots or risk towing at the owner’s expense. Before departure, please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher. Guests must follow Ocean City’s noise ordinance and respect our neighbors. Homeowners in the building take pride in their property, and loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat our home with care. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the property is left in unacceptable condition (including but not limited to excessive mess, vomit, urine, or other damage requiring specialized cleaning). Finally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. - Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
