The flexible third bedroom features an accordion wall with separate entrances, making it a perfect kids’ room or private guest space. Enjoy cable and Smart TVs for streaming, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C throughout the home.
Outside, take in the views from your multiple oceanfront decks or step directly onto the beach for sunrise walks and surfside relaxation.

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations are grounds for eviction under Maryland law.

The slumlords of OC. I will be posting this review on all other sites so this can be seen and I have pictures to back up these complaints. This is NOT a four bedroom. This is barely 3 bedrooms. They attempted to put a partition and a random door so they could call it four, but do not be fooled. The clustered bedroom had a broken dresser. There are no dressers or mirrors to get ready. No screen doors for the balcony doors. The first floor toilet ran constantly because the handle was loose and the chain kept falling off. The bathtub was extremely clogged and the water took forever to drain. It was gross. Speaking of gross, there was dried blood on the vanity. They could use a de-humidifier because the place smelled like a musty camp site and your towels never dry. The AC was broken so if you'd like to enjoy your vacation, this is not the place for you. I don't think this has ever been maintenanced because nothing and I mean nothing has been fixed. Do not give this place your money.

Really nice unit for a family. Fantastic oceanfront location with breathtaking views from a large deck on the main level and another from the deck off the master bedroom. Parking easily accommodated a large SUV. Location is ideal with lots of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The ACME grocery store is just up the block across the street. Owner includes sheets and towels with nice amenities like a dishwasher, a keurig machine and plenty of seating in the living room. My family has been coming to OC for 30 plus years and I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay - the huge deck overlooking the ocean was the highlight, and the easy access to the beach spoiled us for any future rentals! The condo was equipped with everything we needed- it even had some beach chairs and a wagon that we didn’t expect. The bedding in the larger bedrooms appeared to be brand new, and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was as expected- a little dated but exactly as represented in the photos. While it wasn’t a problem for our family, it’s advertised as a four bedroom but it’s not- there is a sliding accordion wall in the back upstairs bedroom that wouldn’t be possible to close with the current furniture layout. There are also trundle beds under the twin beds that can’t be rolled out with the nightstands in place. We had more than enough beds, but that would have been a problem if we had more people. Finally, the bedrooms are very spacious- it would be great to have a king size bed in one of the rooms. We would definitely stay again!

Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit. - NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. This home is smoke free including balconies. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Home owners take pride in their condo and will not tolerate loud or obnoxious behavior Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We do NOT rent to Senior Week kids.
