The location of this place is perfect for families that like to stay busy. The home has a lot of space for everyone to spread out too. It would be helpful to have a few things added like clocks in the bedrooms and cookware/tall glasses in the kitchen. Most concerning is that only two of the four sliding glass doors lock. Overall the host was very responsive and super friendly.

This place has so many great things about it: the location- right on the boardwalk with lots to do; the views of the ocean, the bridge coming into the inlet and just sitting outside people watching; the house was clean & ready.. it was a little more than what I wanted to pay but it turned out to be worth it.. great place & will definitely recommend it

- NO PETS ALLOWED. We do not allow any pets for any reason. We love our furry friends but we can't have them in this home. Please book someplace else is this will be an issue for you. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit. - NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. This home is smoke free including balconies. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines. - All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Home owners take pride in their condo and will not tolerate loud or obnoxious behavior Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We do NOT rent to Senior Week kids.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
