No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Ocean City Vacation Homes charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony. - Please throw away your trash before leaving. - Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving. - Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Home owners take pride in their condo and will not tolerate loud or obnoxious behavior Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We do NOT rent to Senior Week kids
