We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. To help us keep this home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules. This is a strictly no-pet property. While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the home for any reason. Ocean City Vacation Homes enforces a $500 fine for pets brought into the unit. If traveling with a pet, we kindly ask that you book a pet-friendly property instead. This is also a 100% smoke-free property, including the balconies. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will be charged for any smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. To comply with HOA rules and keep the property looking its best, towels, clothing, and other items may not be hung from balconies or walkways at the front or back of the building. Parking is limited to assigned spaces only. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in designated spots or risk towing at the owner’s expense. Before departure, please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher. Guests must follow Ocean City’s noise ordinance and respect our neighbors. Homeowners in the building take pride in their property, and loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat our home with care. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the property is left in unacceptable condition (including but not limited to excessive mess, vomit, urine, or other damage requiring specialized cleaning). Finally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form.
