Great vacation home! Matched description very accurately and worked great for our large family. Host always responded very quickly. Loved the open shelves next to the dining table and plenty of space for everyone with the 5 bedrooms. Just the right amount of furniture and wall art to feel homey without feeling cluttered at all. Would definitely recommend for any family with kids.

Great place in a great location-quick drive to Fenwick Island State Park-which is an awesome place to go to beach with plenty of parking and bath house/food and drinks……place had tons of room for a big family and huge concrete pad out back for tons of parking-kids(big adult kids)loved playing with basketball hoop/playing soccer and cornhole out back.Thanks for a great family vacation!!❤️❤️Super clean and super easy check in process…..hope to come back for a longer stay next summer!!

We were very happy with our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room and seating for everyone. When we arrived, there was no grill as had been advertised and someone had messed with the fire detectors. We called the number provided, and they were responsive right away with fixing the detectors and bringing over a brand new grill. Overall, an excellent vacation!

We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. To help us keep this home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules. This is a strictly no-pet property. While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the home for any reason. Ocean City Vacation Homes enforces a $500 fine for pets brought into the unit. If traveling with a pet, we kindly ask that you book a pet-friendly property instead. This is also a 100% smoke-free property, including the balconies. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will be charged for any smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. To comply with HOA rules and keep the property looking its best, towels, clothing, and other items may not be hung from balconies or walkways at the front or back of the building. Parking is limited to assigned spaces only. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in designated spots or risk towing at the owner’s expense. Before departure, please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher. Guests must follow Ocean City’s noise ordinance and respect our neighbors. Homeowners in the building take pride in their property, and loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat our home with care. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the property is left in unacceptable condition (including but not limited to excessive mess, vomit, urine, or other damage requiring specialized cleaning). Finally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form.
