- Hillside location: the villa is located at the top of a hill, approximately 400 metres from the beach. While the distance is short, the walk back involves a relatively steep uphill climb, which may be challenging for some guests.
- A car is recommended.
- Pool is not heated
- Not suitable for very young children: the house is not ideal for toddlers or very young children, as: the swimming pool does not have a safety fence or protective net
- There are stairs and level changes without safety gates
For these reasons, the villa is best suited to families with older children or teenagers, as well as groups of adults or couples who can fully enjoy the space safely.

The house is lovely and has a lot of potential. It needs to be maintained. For the price we paid we were expecting a cleaner space with maintained amenities. Nespresso coffee machine is leaking and hasn't been descaled for ages, kettle is full of calcium deposits, washing machine is full of mold and there was a water leak the first time we used it. We spent 3 hours cleaning the floors. Filippa was very responsive and sent a plumber. Kitchen drawers and cabinet are so messy with food crumbs and oily pans and pots. In short, for the price listed, the place would benefit from a proper cleaning, decluttering and organizing, with some updated or at least maintained appliances.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in this house; the location is excellent; within walking distance of town and beach and beautiful views. The house is dated, but functional, everything you need is there. If it's very hot, the swimming pool is wonderful, but the water is ice cold. Because the house is quite high, it is quite windy and sitting outside in the evening is only possible when it is very warm. In short, a wonderful holiday but we found the price high in relation to the outdated state of the house. Communication with Filipa was excellent, she responded quickly and kindly.

Absolutely spotless house, very open and spacious. The pool and garden were amazing and we had a fantastic time in Sesimbra. It’s about 15 mins into town but I’d recommend having a few drinks as it’s steep walk back! The house has literally everything you might need and good to see a proper charcoal bbq. Thank you Filipa

This villa is in the perfect location. The pool and gardens are exceptional. We were very comfortable and felt very safe there. The kitchen facilities are dated but we had everything we needed. Filipa was extremely helpful with every query we had and nothing was too much trouble.
