Comfortable beds & living areas; it was great there was enough seating for all 7 of us in the lounge & dining room. Rooms were clean enough.Good location, responsive host. Glasses, plates etc in the kitchen looked like they'd been rinsed but needed a good wash. Description stated 2.5 bathrooms; in reality there is 1 room with toilet, sink & shower and another room with just bath & sink. We wouldn't have booked this accommodation had we known it only had 1 toilet (in it's 2.5 bathrooms). The description mentioned high quantity white bedding - not something we needed but if the listing says it is there, you expect it to be. Lastly, 1 towel per person was left but they were of varying sizes, including 3 good size, 1 middle sized & 3 hand towel size. In a family group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers & a child this wasn't enough large towels. Sasha sorted this reasonably quickly but 1st morning showers required towel sharing! We feel the listing for this house needs to be clearer and more precice

Property Manager Terms
£250 security deposit- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
