Unfortunately, it's NOT an apartment I would recommend. This is the fourth time I've been to the Tides complex, and it's excellent. First time with Ammos. Details: Water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling. They came to look at it several times. The toilet was frequently blocked, and the bathtub and bathroom were flooding (they came to clean it up because of this, which was good). The Wi-Fi didn't work. It wasn't a personal inconvenience, as I have unlimited mobile data, but you can't rent a place that doesn't have Wi-Fi. The sliding door to the balcony was jammed and could only be opened partially with great difficulty. I rented with them without knowing them, as I booked at short notice. I don't want to speak ill of the Tides, nor make too much reference to Ammos Vacation Rentals, as they did reply to my messages, but without being able to solve the underlying problem. THE REAL PROBLEM IS HOW OLD THE FLAT IS AND THE LACK OF MAINTENANCE. Best regards, and I hope this review is useful to someone else. You can stay there, but there's a lot of room for improvement. My words are meant to be constructive.

IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules Keep home items inside the house. Take the garbage out before you leave. Take care of objects and equipment we provide for use, In case of damages you will be charged: Bath towels $15 each Hand towels $8 each Set of sheets / Duvets $50 each Bed Blankets $60 each Carpet Stains (Spills) $50 An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the property is left in unreasonable bad condition. -

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
