The open-plan living and dining area gives your group plenty of room to spread out, whether you're winding down after a beach day or catching a show on the TV. Outdoor furniture on the private balcony makes it easy to linger over morning coffee with the ocean laid out in front of you.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 has two small double beds - comfortably sleeping up to six guests across three beds.

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook at home. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and wine glasses. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals together.

The full bathroom is fitted with both a bathtub and a shower, plus a bidet, hair dryer, body soap, and hot water. A convenient half bath adds extra flexibility for a group.

Building staff are on-site 24 hours a day, and self check-in makes arrival straightforward.

second time staying at The Tides. Great location for families, pool and beach access. relieved clear instructions on how to check in. only two complaints; there was no hot water when we arrived, contacted the renter and they communicated quickly to us. the water did not get warm the first day but the second day a maintenance person showed up and got it going..they said sometimes it takes a while for the water to warm up. second, we tried to connect to wifi but the router was not showing up on any searches ( so the TVs in the rooms were very limited channels, I saw the router on the second day and checked it, it was unplugged, so I plugged it in and it starting showing up on the searches and the TVs got connected and my son could watch a movie during our downtime. other than those two issues, everything was great, love the place, would rent there again. the view from the room is amazing. very responsive host.

Attentive from the day before. The apartment is as clean as the photos. The view is beautiful! The only bad thing is that the building next door is under repair and the noise is a bit annoying. I would choose Ammos and the accommodation again. Super grateful.

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
