Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to several issues. Delayed check-in, if it wasn’t for house keeping reaching out to the owners we would still be outside waiting, poor communication, internet issues, and we were locked out of our bedroom. Being told we shouldn’t lock the door was unacceptable. Privacy, security, and access should be basic expectations. What made the situation worse was the emphasis from management on potential late-checkout fees while we were still dealing with unresolved problems during the stay. I hope the host and management take this feedback seriously and address these issues for future guests.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
