Condo is not kept in good shape. Stains on pillows and walls, dirty walls and floors, peeling yellow toilet seats, wires going all over unit on outside of walls, black mildew spots by all the registers, limited toilet paper provided, staff at condo was not friendly and not welcoming, water was shut off for repairs, building not up to fire code posted on front door, elevators breaking down with only one working and hallways full of people in line to use. The beach and ocean were nice. One pool was warm and pleasant. Other pool extremely cold. Would not stay here again. Nothing to do nearby. Limited restaurants around. Cooler and beach chairs provided but are very worn. Old unit in need of complete makeover.

Do not book if you like convenience. The view is beautiful sure, but the inside is nothing like pictured. Water stains everywhere - the walls, the ceilings. Trim on the walls cracked off. The photos make the space look bright & white, but in reality it’s dull & dusty. Beds were horrible, pillows flat as possible. The dining table chairs were completely worn, my friend who sat on them for an hour in shorts got up & had white flakes stuck to her legs. Those flakes ended up all over the floors, our beds, the bathrooms. All the lights were unplugged when we arrived? I get wanting to be safe when it’s empty, but with guests arriving it just felt lazy. Also a million extra fees - the $100 for valet parking? You’re paying for the space, you’ll be parking your car yourself. The pool? Yeah that’ll be $10 each for wristbands to use it. Early check in? They’ll ask for $50, but then offer complimentary if you deny. We felt like burdens instead of guests. Horrible experience for my bachelorette.

IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules Keep home items inside the house. Take the garbage out before you leave. Take care of objects and equipment we provide for use, In case of damages you will be charged: Bath towels $15 each Hand towels $8 each Set of sheets / Duvets $50 each Bed Blankets $60 each Carpet Stains (Spills) $50 An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the property is left in unreasonable bad condition. - Throw rubbish away

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
