we reported during first days: lack of cleaning , safety box not working, dishwasher first dirty and then. not working, lack of a soap dish in the shower, clogged sink in the bathroom. Just the dishwasher was fixed. The building, amenities and View are really good - I will visit again Lyfe Building but not this apartment and no department administrated by Ammos.

Good location. Valet parking only which gets crowded. And the elevator takes a while but it was also a busy 4th weekend. Overall it was a good location and bed is comfortable

I don't have much to say here. This rental was perfect for my trip. It gave me a nice and comfortable space with a nice kitchen, gorgeous view and South Florida amenities that you just can't beat (Pool, Beach, Restaurants). I would absolutely stay here again!

Remember you are in a residential area. • If you have any inconvenience please notify us at your earliest convenience. • Check-In is at 4:00pm – Check-Out is at 11:00am. If you need to do a late check out please request within 24 hours. **If we have people arriving the same day, there is a late check out fee that will be deducted from the deposit equivalent to one extra night if the checkout time is not met. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
