Guest access

The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs. There is free wifi, a landing area with information on the area, and we provide a ski storage room with boot drier in our basement.
There is a family room downstairs which guests are free to use that has tables and chairs to seat up to 16 people, plus family games.
There is room for parking for one car per apartment, and a shared garden. which guests can use, with seating area, and a gas BBQ (extra cost, subject to availability)

The apartment sleeps max 4 adults plus one child

Linen and towels are included (one set per week). Extra linen and towels are available at an additional cost.

All guests must complete an online registration form within 48 hours of booking, or at least 24 hours before arrival if booking is less than 2 days before arrival.
This form is a legal requirement, and your reservation may be cancelled if not received. It requests lead guest name, address, date of birth, email address, and all other guests full name and date of birth.

Check in time is 3pm-8pm, and check out time is by 10am. We offer a self check in from 8pm to 11pm.

There is a washing machine and drier available for use at an additional cost, subject to availability. (€5 per wash and €5 per dry).

We had such a lovely stay here! The place was super clean, easy to find, and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed, the linens were fresh, and the location was beautiful. It was also really convenient having a Spar supermarket just a short walk away. Alison and Jerome were great and very responsive and even considerate y to accommodate our requests. All in all, we felt really comfortable!

The accommodation is well located, clean and cozy. Jerome is a great host and we felt very comfortable. There were tips on this. We will be happy to come back. In addition... with the Hochkönig Card, public transport and many mountain railways are free.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Jerome and Alison’s cozy apartment in Mühlbach. The place felt warm and welcoming without being overdone, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the personal welcome – one of the hosts greeted us on arrival and showed us around, which made us feel immediately at home. The apartment includes a charming balcony with stunning mountain views, which we, unfortunately, couldn’t enjoy fully due to rainy weather. Still, the atmosphere and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature, and we would happily return another time – hopefully with more sun. Highly recommended!

We had a great time as a foursome with a dog in the accommodation. Everything clean and impeccable. The corner bench is very cozy and you can have a nice breakfast on the balcony. An ideal starting point for hikes. In Mühlbach, there is a good bakery and a Spar, both within walking distance. The Hochkönig Card was also great, we could use it for the Karbachalm gondola. We enjoyed it very much overall!

The apartment sleeps max 4 adults and 1 child. No more than 4 adults are allowed, and no more than 5 people in total We charge a basic price for 2 people, and there is an extra charge per person of €18 per preson per night, plus €2.50 tourist tax - please ensure that you input the correct amount of adults and children to get the correct price, otherwise you will be charged extra for any additional people staying. There is no smoking allowed inside the house, although you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. One well behaved dog, aged over 9 months, may be allowed upon request, at a cost of €30 per stay. This will be included in the price if you add the dog to the booking. Dogs are not allowed to be left in the apartment on their own, and are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs are welcome in most restaurants in Austria. We ask all guests to respect other guests in the house by keeping noise to a minimum and no noise after 10pm. We ask you to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it. Thank you! Property Manager Terms

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
