We had great 5 days at Mühlbach. The apartment was great and hosts were really friendly. The Hochkönig card was nice extra. We used it for free bus rides and summer ski lifts.

We felt very comfortable in the Schneeberg house. Very friendly hosts and a clean apartment with everything you need. The beds and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The house is in a good central location, and there are many opportunities in the surrounding area to do things with children. Thank you for providing the Hochkönig card – that creates even more great opportunities and takes the pressure off the holiday budget.

We absolutely loved staying here. Easy access to all the things we wanted to do. Beautiful and peaceful area. Jerome and Alison were so kind and helpful. Like others have said we wish couldve stayed longer. We will be back !

The hosts are great people, they gave detailed answers to all our questions. They found solutions to all problems. It is a little far from the center, but if you want a calm and peaceful view, it is a great choice. The furniture is sufficient, a hotel with a good price-benefit ratio

Cozy accommodation in an Austrian house. Newly renovated bathroom, cozy balcony where you can squeeze in to eat dinner, breakfast, etc. Comfortable beds and sofa. When the weather forecast showed worse weather than it was, the host gave us tips on activities in rainy weather. In the middle of the village with walking distance to supermarket and restaurants and playground. (we did not try any restaurant). Luxurious that the hochkönig-card is included. About 40 minutes' journey to the activity Rodel farthest away but on the way home from there we went gondola in Maria Alm. With the help of slides about 1/3 of the way down, it was an ok hike even for non-hiking young people (11+13). 4 minutes from the accommodation there is a gondola where there is also the opportunity for children to have fun. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed more.

A cozy nest with a wonderful surroundings. The apartment was super nice and good, close to restaurants and grocery store. The surroundings were absolutely wonderful, wish we had planned better so you could be there longer and get to take full advantage of the area

It was a beautiful place to stay. Easy walk to the store, pool and restaurants. A very close playground our kids enjoyed. Our hosts very very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is pure bliss as its quite and so near to all the places. Its quite central location so you get all good restaurant, cafe, bar etc in walking distance. The hosts are quite helpful and friendly. There are many hikes and other activities near by and you get the perfect view of hochkönig from just 2 min walk from the place. Also, hochkönig card provided by the host is amazing. Thanks for the nice stay. We will be happy to visit again. Highly recommended.

The location is just great – the house is 1 min from the bus that brings you to all hiking spots in the area, 2 min from restaurants, the supermarket, bakery and bank! Haus Schneeberg is very friendly, comfortable and cosy place. Enjoy the sunny balkony and get some very good hints for hiking and all other things you can do from Jerome! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Was clean and pretty, the views are beautiful. free parking and easy communication.a lot of Information about the area. they gave us a free activity card and was so fun with kids they lived the lift and we hikewith little kids

Excellent location, just in the middle of hundreds of attractions in this region - hiking, SPA, salt mines, waterfalls, ice cave, Liechtenstein Gorge, Kitzlochklamm (Bad Gastein, Zell am See, Golingen, Hallein, Hallstatt). Max 45 minutes by car to any of those locations. There are several nice restaurants about 100m from the Schneeberg house. And of course, great host. At the beginning we booked 3 nights in this house but later on we added 2 more nights because of great location, nice hosts and so many interesting places around.

Jerome and Alison were very warm and lovely hosts and nice to talk to. Our stay at their place was perfect for our holiday. The sightseeing places were just around the area. The room was very nice and cozy that even exceeded our expectations. We would love to stay there again. Highly recommended :)

Very nice hosts. The flat is in a very central location, and it is quiet. We found the breakfast too expensive. Our flat had not yet been renovated like the others, which were much nicer. The kitchen could be better equipped. There is no oven, and you have to bring everything with you if you want to cook for yourself (no spices or the like). At least we left salt and pepper.

We had an amazing 8 days at Alison and Jerome's apartment. The apartment is not large but it was very comfortable and had plenty of space for two. The bedroom was quite big with a large comfortable bed with very nice linen and great pillows. The kitchen was small but had all we needed for self catering. The living area was very comfortable with a great sofa. The large balcony had great views of the mountain and along the valley. We were travelling without a car and we had no problems whatsoever getting to the apartment and around the valley using the train and the hikers buses. A huge bonus was that Alison and Jerome provide a 'Hochkonig' card for each guest which allows unlilmited free hiker's bus transfers and use of the summer chairlifts/cable car. The card is a bonus for summer visitors and would normally have to be purchased. We used the card extensively to access various walks and view points. The bus from Bischofshofen (train station) stops about 150 meters from the apartment and Alison actually met us to assist with our luggage. The village is small and not nearly as 'touristy' as some of the other villages and it had a good sized supermarket and a great bakery and several restaurants. Alison is a very warm host (we didn't get to meet Jerome) and she was very prompt with all communication both before our stay and during. We have no hesitation in recommending this as the perfect accommodation in Muhlbach am Hochkonig and the village is also a magical place to stay. Thank you Alison and Jerome.

Located in the center of town, it is convenient to have supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area.The room is clean and fully equipped.Made three breakfasts in the house and kitchen supplies were handy.Nice homestay, recommended. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather and the lack of time, I was not able to play in the town park.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful little town. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our kids love the playground more or less across the street We also love the free Hochkoenig card witch allowed us to take the cable cars for free The nearest on vas less than 1 km away.

Lovely apartment in a chalet. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 younger children. Very close, walking distance, to restaurants and the Spar etc. Swimming pool was very close and free with the card you receive on paying the local tax. Also free was the gondola up the mountain which is amazing for families - walks, things to climb on, water playground and a restaurant.

We loved staying in Alison and Jerome apartments in Mülbach am Höchkonig! The apartment was very clean and beautiful and had all amenities we needed including a functional kitchen. Their house is located in the middle of a little town that is truly a gem in the Alps. Alison and Jerome were very helpful and kind and they gave us lots of tips on outdoor activities in the area. They also provided us with a free activity and outdoor card that covered many summer lifts, swimming pools and activities in the area and we used it every day. Our only regret is not knowing about their place sooner and not being able to stay there for a longer period of time. We will be certainly back again! Excellent place for families ❤️

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the stunning Höchkonig area. The apartment was ideal for our family of four. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Jerome and Alison are wonderful hosts. The kids LOVED the park across the street from the home. It was complete with a zip line and an awesome slide down a huge hill. Terrific to have it so close. We also made use of the Höchkonig card they provided. It gave us access to pools, chairlifts, a mountain roller coaster and more all free. Exceptional! This place is a must! We will we could spend more time there! It is also located in the village and is walking distance to shops and fabulous restaurants.

The apartment is perfect for a couple, and it may accommodate also a kid in the sofa. It has a nice room with a double bed, a closet and a table, a well equipped kitchen - living room and a nice toilet with douche. The apartment is located in a quiet, small, nice village just a minute walk to the local supermarket. The place was sparkling clean, arranged with good taste. From there you have easy access to the area surrounding Salzburg, as well as to the Tirol area. Great place for an unforgettable, pleasant vacation. Jerome and Alison were very nice, they cared that we would have everything we need.

A lovely flat perfect for our family with two small children. We cooked ourselves and had everything we needed in the lovely flat with nice old farmers furniture. The location is great, nearby the Arthurhaus near Hochkeil mountain where there are great walks, as well as all other extremely beautiful locations in the Hochkönig area. Jerome was a very friendly host and very helpful in giving us hints where to spend time with the kids. I would highly recommend

This was a beautiful location in a small town in the Alps. The apartment worked well for the four of us, even with its small size. We enjoyed visiting neighboring towns, taking the bahn up the mountain for lunch and hiking, and visiting Berghotel Arthurhaus at the base of the Hochkonig. It was great to have a bakery and supermarket in walking distance as well as a few restaurant choices. Jerome was flexible and helpful. This would be even better in the winter with all the skiing options nearby.

Together with my boyfriend, I stayed in a cozy apartment in Haus Sneeberg for a week. Everything was fine (well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, cozy living room and bedroom). The location is stunning; from the balcony you overlook the mountains. What made our stay particularly enjoyable were the cozy chats with the owner (Jerome). He knew a lot about the area and was always very enthusiastic and helpful. This apartment is really recommended (especially for hiking lovers)!
