To comply with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations, all guests are required to complete a quick external form through our secure software before check-in, to verify your identity.

You may check in at our standard check-in time (3 PM onwards).

Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per room per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 800 AED fee for late check out.

Beautiful seafront apartment in a perfect JBR location. The three-bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic seafront view. The building itself is excellent and very well maintained, and the location is ideal—everything in JBR is easily accessible by foot. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again.

This is one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed at in the world. Everything was perfect about it - the design, the layout, the building, the location, the beds, the showers, the views - it looks even better in real life. We were mesmerized by the Ein Dubai light show and the drone show every night - watching it from the balcony and the living room. The beach, Bars, clubs, restaurants, including your own exclusive beach club - everything is right at the doorstep - you are in the middle of all the action. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. One thing to consider: it can get a bit loud on a Saturday night with all the nightlife, so you may need to close the windows if you are sensitive to noise and not out partying. The rest of the days, we slept with open windows and fresh air and started our days with beautiful swims and breakfasts with breathtaking vistas. We couldn't be happier with our choice! Everything was top-notch, thank you, Farwell and Gervaise!

The place was amazing. Loved having a private beach access and being on the walk. There were so many great places to eat at a walking distance. The place was easy to find and the cleanliness and amenities provided were great. The host really takes care of their guests and makes them feel right at home.
