Ideal for couples, extended families or two families holidaying together, the home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas & multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. Whether you're heading to the beach, firing up the BBQ, or simply unwinding on the balcony, this home is designed for easy living.
Upstairs, you'll find the main living hub with the kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto a balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. The master bedroom includes an ensuite and new king bed, while the second upstairs bedroom also features a new king bed and sits beside the main bathroom with shower and bath. Brand new carpet adds a fresh feel to both upstairs bedrooms and the lounge.
Downstairs offers a second living area with Smart TV, ideal for children, a second family, or guests wanting extra space. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite, while the fourth bedroom has a king bed, along with access to another outdoor sitting area.
Perfectly suited to couples, extended families or two families holidaying together, the bedding configuration includes 3 king beds and 1 queen bed, supported by 3 bathrooms and 3 Smart TVs for added comfort and convenience. Quality linen is provided - just bring your own beach towels.
You'll also be within easy reach of the Mollymook Golf Club and Bowling Club, or you may prefer to simply relax at home and enjoy the sea breeze from one of the balconies.
Pet friendly by approval for one small indoor non-shedding dog under 7kg. Please note the property is not fenced (fence going in by November 2026), and the nearest dog-friendly beach is on-lead only. We also ask for some flexibility over peak season, as dates may occasionally need slight adjustment to align with cleaning schedules.

Donna’s place was all we wanted as a holiday location for our larger family. Donna was so easy to communicate with and was kind and helpful. The place was roomy and perfectly located. We will hope to always stay here in any visits to the south coast. Tx again Donna :)

House Guidelines We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer. To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you: ● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm. ● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings. ● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house (no sand inside). ● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony. ● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms. ● Leave furniture in its original position. ● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily. Before departure, please complete the checkout checklist provided. We take great pride in presenting the home in spotless condition for your arrival and appreciate your help in leaving it neat and tidy when you check out. PET RULES - We accept 1 dog, non-shedding and fully house-trained (we have carpet and owner has allergies). - No pets are allowed on our furnishings. - We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains. - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please note the backyard is not fenced so again when outside you will need to make sure your pet is supervised. - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bin (not inside) - Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house.
