  All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is a tap near the front door - No smoking inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. PET RULES - We accept 1 dog under 7 kg, no-shedding and fully house-trained (we have a lot of carpet). - No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains. - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please note because we back on to a golf course and it is not fenced however there is a hedge, again when outside you will need to make sure your pet is supervised. - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside) - Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house. Please ensure checkout instructions checklist You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart. Thank you so much 🙏

Property Manager Terms

• For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
• Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
• A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
