This is in a gated community which is safe and has so many amazing amenities that your whole family will enjoy.
The house is very cute and cosy and has everything you need.

House Guidelines We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer. To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you: ● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and follow speed restrictions when driving and moving indoors after 10pm. ● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings. ● Please rinse off sand before entering the house (no sand inside). ● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony. ● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms. ● Leave furniture in its original position. ● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily. -use of facilities for ages 17 and under need adult supervision. -All areas to remain clean and tidy -note during maintenance facilities may not be available for example the pool Please do not leave children in or near the water unattended, the safety of children is the Adults responsibility. Before departure, please complete the checkout checklist provided. We take great pride in presenting the home in spotless condition for your arrival and appreciate your help in leaving it neat and tidy when you check out. Thank you for your care and consideration. Before checkout
- Please ensure anything that has been used like BBQ, Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, Stove, Oven and Microwave are cleaned. - Please ensure all dishes have been put through the dishwasher and placed away in respective cupboards or drawers. - Any additional cleaning fees will be past on to the guest. - If the BBQ isn't cleaned will be an additional $100
