Welcome to our charming family home, just a short 400m stroll to the beach! This pet-friendly home is near beautiful walking tracks that wind through lush coastal heathland, perfect for nature lovers.
The house features a north-facing backyard that soaks up the sun, offering ample space for outdoor dining and relaxation. With its spacious and comfortable layout, it’s ideal for families seeking a peaceful beachside getaway. Come unwind, explore, and create lasting memories at this coastal gem!
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom has 2 single beds or can be pushed together to make a double. We also have a cot available.
We are only 800 meters to our beautiful Rennies Beach, one of our beautiful beaches on the South Coast without the huge crowds.
It is the perfect house for your family holiday and the perfect location being so central to everything, including nearby Ulladulla Shops. The ex-serviceman club is walking distance.
The best thing about this house is you’re welcome to bring your loved fur baby with you.
We don’t accept a check-in/out on the Public Holidays over Christmas as our cleaners are not available.
Please let us know when booking how you would like the 3rd bedroom bed configuration and if you require a cot and/or a high chair.
We may ask to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏

The space
Our 3 bedroom home has a large lounge room, good size dining area and three good size bedrooms. We have one bathroom and a great area outside where you will spend the majority of your time as a family.Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom has 2 single beds or can be pushed together to make a double. We also have a cot available.

beautiful home to stay at Ulladulla! Everything was spotless; the kitchen was well equipped — a blender would be a great addition though — the house in general has everything you could possibly need. Donna was super attentive, quick to respond, and very friendly. We had the best time! Thanks, Donna!

House was spacious, easily accommodating 6 of us. Everything required was found in the kitchen to make home cooked meals. Shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes drive. Donna is a great host. Very responsive, informative and accommodating. The only negative is the timber floors were quite dirty so we couldn’t walk around barefoot.

All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - No scaling fish at the property or have bait in the fridge - We have a no sand policy so please wash off your sand when you return from the beach, you can access the side gate and wash your sand off around the back with the hose. - No smoking inside or anywhere it is likely to flow inside - Respect neighbours and come inside by 10pm -No pets on the inside and outside furniture or inside house (unless they are small non shedding dogs) and please do not leave your pets at the house when you are out if they are likely to bark and be anxious. For big fury dogs we would appreciate you leaving them outside. Please follow checkout instructions checklist At our Outdoor living family home, you can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart. - Gather used towels
