A large and nice apartment in a perfect location. Not in the middle of Oxford Street, but just a short walk to everything along Oxford Street/museums/parks, etc. I had the opportunity to explore all the fantastic treasures of restaurants and shops in the surrounding side streets/neighbourhoods, which you might not have noticed otherwise. A quiet and nice area both during the day and in the evening. A grocery store with a good selection right across the street. Close to all public transport, but also a short wait for Uber. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages if you had any questions. Would definitely recommend this host and the apartment to others!😊

Stefan's place is in a very central location near Goodge St Station in Fitzrovia. There's a lot of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops all around and very close walk to different tube lines. Very happy to stay in Central and made it easy to meet friends and get around. The flat is a level above ground floor, above a sandwich shop (which is delicious). You pick up the keys from a small store a 2 minute walk away. The place is fairly spacious and comfortable and comes with a washing machine and drying rack which I used. Some things felt a bit dusty and I wish there was a table in the bedroom to charge my phone. It's a good place and good value for the money for being right in Central!

We were a little disappointed by the building itself and the cluttered entrance full of cleaning supplies. Bedroom window can't be left open because of safety concerns which would have been a dealbreaker for us in warmer weather. There is direct access to an unprotected rooftop. There were some other issues and lack of basic amenities like nightstands which could be easily corrected. After being informed of these, I was told they would be addressed, so hopefully they will. On the plus side, there is plenty of closet space to put your things away but only cheap wire hangers. A few upgrades would go a long way. Host was very responsive and friendly.

This was described as a "lovely retreat", it was not lovely, just utilitarian. And not a "retreat" given the busy street. Missing basic supplies, such as coffee filters, washing up liquid, although Stefan did bring over salt and pepper and cooking oil Overhead light in living room was defective, Stefan did not fix it although we reported it the first day. Cleaning had not been done carefully. We loved the neighbourhood, although it was noisy at night because of pub across the street. Not great value. Would not return to the same flat.
