During our stay we encountered a large number of issues including loss of hot water, serious cleanliness concerns, defective plumbing, recurring leaks, faulty appliances, missing keys, restricted access to parts of the property and maintenance defects affecting the use of the property. Some issues were eventually remedied following repeated reports and evidence gathering. The host and their management company is remote and they don't want to investigate issues themselves, they want you to do it for them so expect to be challenged! Many issues remained unresolved for extended periods and others were never fully addressed. The cumulative impact of these issues were substantial and it's not a cheap rental! This was probably once a nice place to stay (from the photos) but its in serious need of: cleaning, decorating and maintenance. It's filthy and the host will do little to help. The road is quiet though👍 I would stay clear of this place and the host to be honest. you've been warned!
