This was the perfect stay for my partner and I for the week. The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The place itself was perfect for 2 and very clean. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in a safe more homey location.

It was a wonderful stay, and both Myles and Dr. Hany were very accommodating, allowing me an early check-in. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, making it easy to prepare meals and store food. Just a small note: since the bed is in a mezzanine, you have to be cautious when getting in and out to avoid bumping your head. Overall, a great experience!

Complete apartment, modern and in pristine condition. I stayed for an extended period of time for work. Such a great apartment to work from, with a dedicated office area. Well lit for video calls and wi-fi. Great bakeries and restaurants just round the corner.

The hosts were friendly and very responsive, when I had issues they were dealt with quickly. The issue I had was sleeping at night, you have to climb up to your bed and you can’t sit upright in bed as the alcove is small. Then the noise - constant slamming of all doors throughout the building, then the upstairs apartments have people stomping around all night until the early hours and then again from 5am onwards, I had to get some good earplugs to get any sleep and even then I could still hear the washing machine on late through the wall. The walls are thin and you can literally hear every other apartment - I wouldn’t recommend if you need somewhat quiet when you sleep.

We stayed at Hany's place for just under 2 weeks and generally found the flat served our needs. There were a few issues with the shower where we had no access to hot water, but we were offered a refund for 1 night to accommodate for this, which was appreciated. The flat is spacious enough for 2 people and has most of the amenities you would need during your stay. I'd suggest adding a drying rack, additional toiletries and towels would help make the stay better. The unit is on the ground floor so it is very noisy - we heard the front door opening constantly as well as our neighbours walking around upstairs. I'd recommend bringing earplugs to sleep if you're sensitive to noise.

Best hosts! they were very flexible with early check in and late check out. they were very responsive when we had an issue with the shower and fixed it immediately! the place is well organized and cosy with all amenities and the location is perfect and very accessible with the bus and tube. will definitely stay here again next time we are in london
