The space
Our apartment is in the vibrant neighbourhood of Wembley in a modern building with a large reception and two elevators to the 12th floor.

ENTRANCE HALL:
The apartment's entrance hall features a spacious storage area, including a family bathroom and bathtub.

BEDROOM 1:
Offers a comfortable queen-size bed with an orthopaedic mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, two windows overlooking Wembley Stadium, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables with lamps.

BEDROOM 2:
It features a queen-size bed with an orthopaedic mattress, a large window, a desk and chair, lamps, and a wardrobe.

LIVING ROOM:
It has two reclined sofas, a 60-inch Smart TV, a sound system, a dining table, and four chairs.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with ample counter space, including a toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer. All necessary kitchenware is provided.

BALCONY:
Offers two high stalls, two garden chairs and a coffee table. Perfect for taking in the scenic views of Wembley.

SHARED TERRACE:
Situated on the 12th floor, residents can enjoy a spacious terrace with seating shared among all the building's occupants.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE! It is forbidden to smoke in all areas of the apartment (including the balcony).

PLEASE NOTE! Parties are strictly forbidden, and only the guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE! A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.

PLEASE NOTE! Our flat is located in the Wembley Link area, which is south of Wembley High Road. As of January 13, 2025, Wembley High Road is closed for 18 weeks due to road reconstruction work around Wembley Triangle. The closure includes parts of Wembley Hill Road, Harrow Road, and Wembley High Road.
During the closure, only emergency service vehicles and buses will be allowed access. The road is expected to reopen around mid-May 2025.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well equipped and made our family feel right at home. The host was very responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was also very convenient and perfect for getting around easily. Highly recommend! The team are so responsive I even left my coat at the apartment whilst I was staying which they happily shipped to me. The check in was smooth, the apartment was clean and spacious. Definitely will be returning.

My overall experience and satisfaction while staying at Ovitzia’s property, was quite okay. But the 3-4 days to my checkout were really rough and inconvenient. The lighting switch/system in the living room stopped working, and the Wi-Fi kept crashing and disconnecting.
