Bedroom Area: Features a comfortable UK double bed (135 x 190 cm) and offers direct access to your own private balcony—the ideal spot for your morning coffee.
Kitchen: The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a striking purple tile backsplash, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave are also included.
Bathroom: A sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower and a backlit mirror.
Connectivity: Super-fast and reliable 250 Mbps WiFi is available throughout the apartment.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio apartment. Entry to both the building and the apartment is secured with access codes for easy, keyless self-check-in.As our guest, you also have free access to the building's shared amenities:
Shared Gym: A well-equipped fitness center with treadmills and weights. Open daily from 6:00 to 22:00.
Shared Workspace: A stylishly furnished co-working lounge with desk spaces and sofas. Available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:55 to 17:00.
Free Parking: One dedicated parking space is included with your stay.
Lift Access: The building is equipped with two lift for your convenience.
Other things to note
- There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

- Family Amenities: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance.

Its a great place to stay - lovely apartment. Although it was on Orpington High Street it was quiet (the apartment was set back slightly with a roof top in front so could only see the High Street partially). The only thing missing was instructions - there were no instructions how to use the appliances (I had never used an induction hob) and there were no instructions about where to throw rubbish, etc. The TV was sometimes pixelated for hours - I particularly wanted to watch the TV in the evenings. I was told by Ovitza that this was because the TV was streamed through the internet. Although TV is advertised I was informed by Ovitza that TV was not a service they offered only Netflix, etc. I had been given instructions on the code I needed to use for all doors in the building, however the code didnt work for the lounge or gym - I needed to ask for another code. (Perhaps if the airbnb had a private host they would have come over and checked the TV and explain how things worked!).
