I had a wonderful stay in this apartment for a couple of days. The place looked exactly like the photos, very spacious and modern. The neighborhood is nice and walkable with everything close by and easy access to transportation. The host was very helpful, providing plenty of local recommendations. Also the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Fast response and if I need it anything, they were there to help me. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this apartment

Great space, exactly what was needed for my stay and really well located and on a quiet side street really near the station. Helpful host and super easy self check in access to the apartment.

This place couldn’t be better located, with shopping and sites right outside the door. And both the tube and commuter trains having station s within a block from the apartment. The only time I had an issue where I locked myself out of the unit, the host immediately jumped into action and got me back in quickly despite it being after business hours. You’ll note that there are city noises basically 24/7 and there were times that a/c would have been enjoyed. But that’s to be expected in this kind of flat and I would happily stay here again next time I’m in town!

Had a great stay, easy to find location with lots of transport links , great communication from hosts. Apartment clean, spacious with everything you need - a very comfortable stay. will definitely book again given the opportunity

The place was super clean, near to bus station and in walking distance to underground station. Mirko and his team was very helpful and responsive. Check in process was easy. Kitchen was clean with necessary equipment. There's washing machine with dryer also. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to Mirko and team. Definitely will rent this place again when we"re back to London.

Pros: - clean - spacious enough for two - Coffee pods, sugar, tea, coffee and pile oil already in place Cons: - steep and narrow stairs (not indicated), lift is out of action, don't go if you have large suitcases - dirty common parts, stains everywhere, carpets trashed, walls scratches, fire and alarm units all wide open. - new door controls installed as we moved in, felt very unsafe as default codes were left on. - very noisy (very) - no aircon, temperature stays around 28-29C degrees, and becausenof noise opening rhe windows not an option either . they know about it, so offer .... a fan. go to the basement flat, no noise and stairs

Rapidly responsive , but additional fees were requested for a second bed while at first booking the reservation and the fees included two beds , the location is a half hour away from the city centre.

Mirko’s place had everything we needed for our stay. Location is super central which is the main reason why we chose it. A variety of food nearby. We especially enjoyed the Colombian restaurants right behind. Fuss-free dealings with Mirko/his team. The apartment was clean. Good hot water and pressure. We travelled with our 22-month old and appreciate the high chair available to us. There is a fair amount of noise since we are close to the train tracks and music at night, but we could all sleep with no issues. Probably not a good fit for light sleepers.

Overall, it was good just the slight hiccup when we landed as location of key pick up point wasn’t the best at all. Better arrangement needs to be put in place but other than that, it was a great place and value for money.

Ovitzia's place near E&C is wonderful! Well located right near the tube and train station with easy access to central. Ovitzia's was quick to respond and the check-in process was easy. Will definitely stay again when returning to London!
