My family and I had a wonderful time at Ovitzia’s place. The home felt spacious for 5 of us plus a baby. The space is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved the location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance but also very easy access with trains and buses to explore the city. I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment is extremely comfortable, in close proximity to the tube's Northern Line and to the Mildmay overground line, to grocery stores and excellent restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

I stayed here for a week with my family when we came to move my son in for college. We were very comfortable during our stay. My teenage sons don’t want to share a bed, so we requested the sofa bed. It was prepared and ready for us when we arrived. Kentish Town is lovely and quaint while also offering great restaurants and an easy commute to the more bustling parts of London. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay very much. We had nice weather and opened the windows and turned the fans on at night. It stayed cool enough for us to be comfortable. The Ovitzia team was quick to respond throughout our stay and allowed us to drop our luggage off before our check-in time. Everything was great!

Ovitzia’s place was described as a ‘rare find’ and that’s exactly what it was. I couldn’t find any fault in any way with the apartment or how Ovitzia handled our booking or any queries we had. It’s in a great location just a few minutes from Kentish Town tube and a short journey into the centre of London. Kentish Town is a lovely spot to be in to get away from the hustle of town, with plenty of artisan shops, pubs and eateries. The apartment is a great space with 2 great bedrooms and a great kitchen and living space. While there was no air con we were there in searing heat and the fans provided were more than adequate. Ovitzia was really helpful at check-in and was flexible to allow us to drop off luggage before cleaning was complete (which was spotless!) and response times to any small queries was almost instant. Thanks for a great stay - I’d highly recommend it and hope to be back.

We had a great 2 1/2 week stay. The flat was very clean and cozy. We especially liked the big walk in shower, the quality of the kitchen, and the ability to walk straight outside. The host was incredibly responsive about everything. Kentish Town is great for dining, grocery, access to Hampstead Heath, the Kentish Town Tube stop and the 88 bus which gets you into Central London. Highly recommend.

Ovitzia’s place was one of the best Airbnb's I've been to! Our stay was amazing, with lots to do and very well connected. The apartment had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay and we would definitely recommend. Thank you for the hospitality! :)

A lovely spacious split level place with two separate private bedrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen and living room, lovely bathroom plus a second toilet. A short and leafy walk to Tufnell Park tube so great for Central London both east and west ends. Tucked away and peaceful. Just a simple uncluttered place designed to function. 😊

What can I say,eat me start by saying the host was so friendly and helpful. She was always responsive and attentive. The place had everything you needed to feel right at home from the kitchen having everything you needed to cook meals to doing laundry or relaxing on the big sofa to watch movies. The area had great connections to the northern line, Kentish town high street or if you prefer the bus, then Camden Town wasn’t far. The buses even take you to central London if you want to admire the views rather than be underground. The high street has local supermarkets and great restaurants. I like nature walks so Hampstead Health wasn’t far either. Walking distance or got on the bus right outside the place to get me to Parliament Hill. The views of Central London from the viewpoint was amazing. Overall great stay.

We had an excellent stay at this flat in London. The location was perfect - it was easy to get to central London, making our explorations convenient. The flat itself was impeccably clean, truly sparkling in every corner. Communication with the host was seamless, which made our entire experience stress-free. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our London trip. Highly recommended!
