I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transport links.

This flat was even larger and nicer than it looks in the pictures! it was absolutely perfect for our stay. There are lots of places to eat, two very close grocery stores, and it's a quick walk to Orpington station. The flat is beautiful, has more amenities than we needed, has 2 fantastic, modern bathrooms, and has tons of space! I will 100% stay here again!

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
