This place is a great value - the location is very easy to get around from Cambridge heath and Bethnal Green trains. Victoria park is beautiful and very close. The hosts were super helpful and accommodated my early check in as well as helping me out when the WiFi died by delivering a router in the middle of a rain storm. The laundry machine works great too.

The accommodation is clean and matches the description. We stayed there with our one-year-old daughter and nearby there is the Hackney farm and the V&A young which we really enjoyed. The host responds instantly and is very kind. The overground station is just beyond the intersection, while the metro is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a very convenient café downstairs. The only flaw is that the fire station is very close and frequently at night you hear the sirens, loud enough to wake us up. The bedroom would need some renovation work to match the rest of the house.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
