The appartment is very nice and had a great stay. However, the end of my stay was very unpleasant this morning, and I wanted to let you know. At 10:55 a.m. (five minutes before our scheduled check-out time), a member of the housekeeping staff entered the apartment while we were still inside. She was very impatient and her attitude was unpleasant, clearly pressuring us to leave. It is regrettable that such a good stay ended with a lack of professionalism and courtesy from your staff.
