Well, unlike the other reviewers here, we were disappointed. For what we paid, we were expecting a five star experience but we didn’t get that. Although the space itself is as described and has lots of positives, our stay was marred by various maintenance issues. For a start, a very ugly stained wall in the living room from a not so recent leak (we were NOT warned in advance ), cheap damaged dining table and a sofa that no one wanted to sit on, carpet stains… and the list goes on. The hosts were responsive to our complaints, asked us for photographs (!) and assured us we would receive compensation. However, when that offer was received, we felt it was unacceptably low for our expensive 6 night stay. It is a pity because the apartment could be great but as it is, we felt pretty ripped off!

We were fine, clean house (for me fundamental), new bathrooms, quiet and warm house. Clean and working appliances. The only flaws I found, but which I hope will be taken as a starting point for improvement, are: the towels are a bit worn (not all) and the Wi-Fi is not very good. Otherwise, I would return without any problems. Host always available and proactive.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
