Welcome to our Superb apartment, 5 mins walk from Kentish Town Tube station! This lovely, bright, spacious home features two double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private patio, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a Coffee maker and a dishwasher. The apartment boasts an internal staircase and a ground-floor entrance. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 4 people.

Ground Floor:

- Apartment Entrance.
- Bedroom 1 (UK Double size 135 x 190 cm)
- Full Bathroom.
- Hallway.

An impressive internal glass staircase adds a touch of elegance to the space and leads to the lower ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor:

- Living Area: Features a dining table and 4 chairs, a cosy sofa, an armchair and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
- Access to a private patio.
- Toilet with washing machine.
- Ensuite Bedroom with ample storage space. (UK King size size 150 x 200 cm)

All windows are fitted with double glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort. (No Air conditioning).

The building has double gate access codes and CCTV in communal areas.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE! Parties are strictly forbidden, and only the guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE! A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.

PLEASE NOTE: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: Our unit is on the ground and lower ground floor and close to the building's mechanical room. This results in a light sound that can be heard in various parts of the flats:

- Living Room (lower ground floor): Approximately 48-50 decibels
- Bedroom 1: (lower ground floor) Approximately 38-40 decibels
- Bedroom 2: (1st floor) Approximately 42-48 decibels

PLEASE NOTE! The TV has a Fire TV Stick and can only be used for streaming channels. Traditional antenna channels are not available.

I strongly recommend staying in Ovitzia’s place. The place was spotless, looked exactly like the pictures, had all the amenities necessary and felt like home right away. Mirko, our host, was really helpful and responded to quickly to all our questions and inquiries. The apartment is located in a quiet area, at a 5 minutes walk from train and metro station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. We wish we stayed more. We would definitely be back. Thank you!
