BACK UP POWER
In the event of power failures the inverter solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather. The solar system powers the ceiling fans, lights, fridge, wifi, main tv.
Non essential items such as air-con units, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, ovens, will not be connected.

Bedroom One: Master bedroom with king-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, small office workspace, dressing table, garden view, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, en-suite with separate loo, bath and shower.
Bedroom Two: Two single beds, ceiling fan, air-con, dressing table, garden view, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, en suite with open plan shower, single basin and loo.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes a Live in housekeeper 7 days a week: from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm.
Saturdays and Sundays 08h00-12h00pm. Public holidays are optional and at extra cost.

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dish washing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.
RESERVATIONS
This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
We do not accept student bookings, and no parties are allowed at home.
Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.
High season bookings require a minimum of 10-14 nights

The house was truly beautiful, and the agent was very kind. Although we felt unsettled when the electricity was out(caused by the municipality) and there was no running water for the first 2 days, we were able to use essential utilities thanks to solar power. The steep incline of the driveway meant we had to unload the van at the bottom and walk up, but this effort was rewarded with breathtaking views from the living room, pool, and every room in the house. Despite a few inconveniences, the house’s beauty and stylish interior design more than made up for them.
