Other things to note

PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

- Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.

- A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.

- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the living area and bedroom without separate divisions. The kitchen is separate.

- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.

- The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 2 guests. For bookings of 2 guests, 1 King-size bed is provided. Please inquire for more details.

- The workspace is shared with other residents on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:55 to 17:00. It includes four desk spaces suitable for four people to work on their laptops, as well as sofas for meetings.
