Super great location, and very very responsive staff. Every message, early or late, was met with a response in under an hour. At one point, my hot water had a hiccup and they sent the plumber within hours of me reporting it to them. It was fixed before I was back in the unit. 10/10 recommend

My family of 4 with 2 boys under 10 absolutely loved Ovitzia's place! It was well stocked, comfortable, had fun art on the walls, and the location is unbeatable if you want to be in the bustle of Central London. Access to great restaurants, public transport, shopping, basic amenities, and all the big London attractions - not to mention West End shows - are all within a few minutes walk from the front door. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and were able to go to Burough Market to shop and cook-in a few nights which gave the boys a bit of downtime after long days walking around the city. Beyond the space, the host was incredibly responsive and communicative, and the entire experience was seamless. We will definitely recommend this spot to friends and will stay here again on our next trip to London!

Ovitzia’s place is extremely well located into the heart of London. Walking distance to all the big attractions. The street itself has lots of shops including good restaurants, pubs and desert shops. The entire flat was clean to the highest level, despite being in the busy street the bedroom was on the other side (quieter side) of the building so the bedroom was like soundproof to all the noises. The bad was super comfy. I had to request early check-in and Ovitzia made that happened immediately. Such a 5⭐️ host Ovitzia was. I will defo be coming again soon! Thank you!
