PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

PLEASE NOTE! For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, two beds are provided (one main bed and one sofa bed), with the sofa bed included at no extra charge.

For bookings of 2 guests, one main bed is provided. If 2 guests prefer to sleep in separate beds, the sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE! The workspace is shared with other residents on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:55 to 17:00. It includes four desk spaces suitable for four people to work on their laptops, as well as sofas for meetings.
