With an internal staircase, ground-floor entrance, underfloor heating and WiFi throughout, it's ideal for families or groups of up to 4.

An internal staircase leads to the lower ground floor.
Lower Ground Floor:
- Living Area: Features a dining table and 4 chairs, a cosy sofa, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. This area also provides access to a private patio.
- Bedroom 2 (Ensuite and UK king-size beds 200 x 190 cm)

All windows have double glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort. (There is No Air conditioning.)
The building has double-gate access codes and CCTV in the communal areas.
PLEASE NOTE! A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
PLEASE NOTE: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.
