Apartment very well located directly on Broadway road, very functional with everything you need to live there for a week. The exchanges with the concierge were very quick and efficient. The only small thing that needs improvement is the sofa in the living room, which is not very comfortable when used as a sofa bed. An inflatable mattress is available but it does not allow you to sleep on it for a long time. We would recommend this listing!

The apartment is in a great location, with bus stops and underground stations within a 10-minute walk, making it very easy to get around the city. The street itself is lively and full of lovely coffee shops, which was a big plus.

We loved staying right above the Bookshop. It was surprisingly quiet. You walked out the front door and you were right in the buzz of Broadway market which is full of cafes shops etc. London fields park is at one end and the canal at the other. Whilst not super flash , the flat has everything you need and for anything else they were very obliging. Thanks from us.

Unfortunately the fish shop downstairs (open all week) sends a smell upstairs when windows open, and on hot days the flat is hot so you want to open the windows. Everything then smells like fried fish. The staircase is narrow (shoulder width) and dark leading to the flat - this should have been mentioned in the ad for the place. The light above the staircase was broken. No view out the windows- concrete and pigeon droppings. The host business was responsive and eventually offered to refund me but I was unable to find alternatives at short notice in the area where relatives were staying. The flat is too expensive for the problems associated with it.

Absolutely recommend, especially for longer stays. Myles & Co were very helpful in case I needed support. I used my own internet hotspot as my phone would not want to connect to the WiFi network, but other than that I can confirm: book this bnb if you want to have a carefree stay in London and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Broadway Market on the weekends (which one surprisingly enough does not notice until stepping out of the house).

I can completely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, had all the ammenities I needed to feel at home and was the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring London. It's in a fantastic, vibrant location but offers a quiet and calm, private retreat. There's plenty to do at your doorstep and public transport is easily accessible. I'll definitely be returning to this location when I'm next in London. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A nicely located flat of a good size on the south end of Broadway Market, above a bookshop. While the stay was ok and the apartment is generally fine, there are a few key areas that need improving. - When I arrived, the flat was 12 degrees. Someone had messed with the boiler so the radiators didn’t work. I fixed it myself but the host should have known it was cold as it had a Google nest installed for remote control - Heated floors were turned off. It took about 6 hours to heat up the flat so an uncomfortable first night - WiFi is terrible. It appears to be extended from a shared router downstairs or elsewhere in the building. It barely reaches the bedroom and averaged 1mb download and 0.5 upload. Couldn’t work from home and the TV picture was blocky due to low bandwidth - the sofa in the living room is terribly uncomfortable. I put some cushions on the floor instead - towels are poor quality and shed a lot of fibres; no bath mat / tea towell - communal hallway blocked by bike

One of the coolest and nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed at. You are located so well to so many things. On the weekends there is a market that is essentially your backyard. The apartment itself is super cozy and nice. 100% would recommend this.

The location was awesome. During the weekend there was a market with a ton of fun shops and food stalls. It’s also close to a canal for a nice stroll or easy to hop on the bus to go visit more “touristy” area. It was a bit difficult having an infant, the buggy was small enough to leave at the bottom of the stairs, but there was still quite a few stairs to carry a sleeping baby up. The home was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for two adults and a baby. The street does get a bit loud on the weekend but from the flat you barely hear anything. Easy 5 stars for this host. :)

Miles & Toni are wonderful, responsive hosts who provide a great location in East London. The flat is in a great location that is close to groceries, shops and restaurants. Bus service is available within a 3-minute walk and the Bethnal Green underground station is only a 15-minute walk. Broadway Market has limited vehicle traffic and enforced quiet hours so, it is quite peaceful in the evenings. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go in London within 45 minutes to 1 hour. The flat is well appointed and provided a very comfortable stay for 2 of us. Miles & Toni were extremely responsive to any questions and very accommodating to our requests. Truly exceptional hosts! This is a 2nd floor unit, and the steps are quite narrow. If you have large pieces of luggage, that can provide a challenge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would welcome the chance to stay again. Miles & Toni are great hosts, and we highly recommend Murray Stays.

The accommodation corresponded to the description. The apartment was clean and the main kitchen utensils for cooking were provided, there was even tea :D The shower tub was just horny! The area is very busy, there are 2 pubs on the same street and right next door are several restaurants/ bars, so it is also really noisy at night, also on the side of the bedroom (the restaurant's ventilation was sometimes extreme). Our bad luck was that we had an alarm several times a day and at night, some of which went for 30 minutes - mostly a parked car. Of course, no one can do anything about it, but we were a little annoyed and tired. The market on weekends, is wonderful and about 10 minutes on foot is another park where you can also feast on Sundays. For people who sleep deep or are up for a long time at night, this is the perfect area, to the sights you need about 35-45 minutes by bus, so really great. I'd love to come back!

As this is an apartment in London, the carpet and stairs on the entrance side feel a little old. The host said that this part will be repaired soon, so if there is a future visit, I expect the entrance to be cleaner. When we arrived in London, we had luggage, so we inquired to leave our luggage before we started sightseeing, and Murray responded right away. It was very convenient to be able to leave my luggage at the accommodation before the check-in time. The accommodation is very pleasant for 2 people to live, and if you use a sofa bed, etc., it is enough for 3 people to stay. The kitchen was also kept clean. The bathroom is an old house, so the water pressure in the shower was weak. And the sink side has a problem where the water doesn't drain well, so I think it needs repair. When I came home from the first day of sightseeing, I noticed that there was no hot water in the house. Therefore, I communicated with Murray and sent a plumber in the evening. Of course, the repairs were not completed on this day, so I couldn't use the hot water. Murray decided to refund 50% of our stay that day. The next day, Murray decided to send a plumber again and let us know that the hot water didn't work due to the surrounding gas blocking, etc. From the second day, I was able to use the hot water normally. Although there was an inconvenience, they responded quickly and solved the problem. There was a shopping street around the property, and there are many restaurants and cafes, so it is convenient for breakfast or dinner. You can also shop at the grocery store and eat at the accommodation. I think this place is a good alternative to choose based on the expensive prices in London.

The flat is in a great location near London Fields & Broadway market. There's lots of natural light and it's spacious enough to have 4x people stay. The kitchen is also well equipped should you need it. Cleanliness & hygiene maintenance of the flat was sub-par but could be improved upon.

The flat is in a wonderful location, on vibrant Broadway Market street and just a few meters from 2 small Parks and Regent Canal. Plenty of buses connect to town center. The host answers immediately, very easy check in. The flat is perfect for two, the sofà bed and inflatable mattress are ok for small.kids but not Ideal for adults and if you plan a stay of more than a couple of days.

Super cute apartment in a great area. The Broadway Market is a beautiful quiet area with nice little shops. Great market at the weekend. Central London is easily accessible by numerous buses and the underground. Just a few minutes away is a beautiful park and the banks of the canal for jogging. Myles was very helpful and quickly available for questions. As a family of four with two adult children, we had plenty of space. A comfortable air mattress bed for 2 people can be set up in the living room. Great recommendation!

This flat is located on what has become my favorite street in London: Broadway Market. Wonderful market on the weekends, great coffee and restaurants, and close to the canal. Myles was a wonderful host. He was communicative ahead of check in and throughout the visit. When there was an issue at the flat on check-in, he arranged a quick fix. He even arranged delivery of appliances and items that would be personally helpful to my husband and me. The flat has everything you need for your stay: kitchenware and appliances, a smart TV, a table that’s great for meals or work. The cleaning and linen services were a great help during a busy trip spent on work and with family. Thanks again!

Myles was an excellent host & his flat was phenomenal. This was my 2nd time staying on Broadway Market & his easily flat beat out my previous airbnb by size, design, comfort, and quality. Ahead of my flight I realized I couldn’t find my plug adapter for US to UK power. Myles was kind enough to order one for me to be at the flat upon my arrival. That was such a kind and helpful gesture that only the best of hosts on this platform do. I cannot wait to come back to London and would not hesitate to staying here again! The place has a great location right at the south end of Broadway Market. Lots of shops, coffees, pubs and restaurants very close by. Also on our high summer weekend there was no disturbance at night, because the bedroom is at the back and pubs close at 11pm. At 29-30 degrees outside temperature, it got quite hot in the attic apartment, but at night it helped ventilate and use of 2 fans available. The sleeping couch in the living room wasn't super comfy but okay for 1 person and a couple nights. Very good and always timely communication with Myles via chat.

Myles was simpu amazing. This was my first Air Bnb experience and he made it wonderful. The apartment was super cute and on a busy little street with a great food market on the weekend. As my host, he was super flexible with my schedule of an early check-in and late checkout. He was also very responsive when it came to messages. The only negative thing which isn't any fault of his, is what it's not near the tubes but there are buses and taxis available. Just know if you book this place you'll be in good hands with an amazing host, and in the cutest little neighborhood.

This is a perfect location. London fields is a hidden gem in London, you won’t be disappointed. You have everything you need on your doorstep. Amazing food seconds away from your door, wonderful authentic bars, green space and a very safe accommodating area. The Airbnb itself is fantastic, you can’t ask for a more prime location. Right on the Broadway (the main stretch of this area with everything close by) and a stones throw from two tube stations. It’s perfect for that relaxed stay whilst having the city close by (with good connections to Liverpool Street station). I highly recommend this Airbnb for its location and quality of stay. The flat itself is very nice, well furnished with everything you need. As a host myles was extremely responsive and had a good knowledge of London to help with recommendations. Can’t ask for more!

This apartment is great, it's well located and is right on Broadway Market- a fantastic part of London with lots of bars, resturants and coffee shops near by. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious and very clean. Myles is a great host and was very responsive and helpful. I'll definitely return in the future to this beautiful apartment.
