Lovely place. Great location. Walking distance to DLR station and a local Tesco Express. Private parking is convenient. Myles was v responsive and quick to resolve issues we had with temperamental WiFi, the air mattress, and outdoor gate key, which was appreciated. However, the place is suffering from wear and tear. Sofas are dated, upstairs bathroom lock was broken, curtains for ceiling windows not functioning properly and one of the bed was creaking very loud when slept on. More slippers should be provided for the guests to use the stairs (we only had a pair) which are uncomfortable to walk on. Addressing some of these minor issues will easily make this place a 5-star. Overall, a good experience made better by Myles responsiveness. My wife and elder kids liked the place. Would I recommend the place? Yes. Would I stay here again? Yes. Be Aware: This apartment is very very cheaply outfitted. Not a great choice if you're staying many nights (like us). Pros: It's a pretty looking apartment, not far from DLR station Cons: Beds are cheap, creaky springs. Doors don't close, some had locks falling off, staircase has no boards on it, just the bare grated metal, meaning you need to have shoes on to get up/down (they gave you slippers). There are no drapes, so light comes in everywhere. Dining room chairs were so cheap the legs moved when even my children sat on them. Speakers are my ipad are better than the TV. Additionally, it's a process to get in: Keycard for outside gate, key fob for building door, keys for apartment door. No duplicate set of keys provided, meaning if one person left someone needed to come all the way to gates to let them in. Overall:. Not worth the money paid.

Big favourite for this beautiful apartment. Located a stone's throw from the metro. The apartment is super well equipped, clean and comfortable. It feels so good. The private space is useful if you come by car. The hosts were very responsive to a small problem with keys that were not in the box, it just took us 5 minutes to solve the problem. I have nothing to do with it. Saying aside we will come back that's for sure. Thanks again

Great place, very easy to get around, especially if the DLR is working. Plenty of shops in the area and great food options. The space was very clean, matched all the photos / descriptions and we felt right at home, would love to come again!

We had a great stay at the Murray Stays London Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it for families or groups. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Two bedrooms offered privacy, and there were multiple sleeping options including a pull-out couch, air mattress, and another comfy couch. The two bathrooms (one with a small but usable shower) handled five people well, even with the dishwasher and washing machine running. The full kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the fans kept things pleasant without A/C. The location was excellent—safe, near stores, restaurants, and just a short walk to the train station, making travel to Central London and major attractions easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and even replaced a leaky air mattress immediately. The only major downside was the unreliable WiFi—plan on using mobile data. Still, for the price and comfort, we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a fab stay at this lovely apartment! The place was stunning, spotless, and felt really secure with a private gated entrance and free parking. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive throughout, which made everything super smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. Would happily return!

Loved the location lots to do and easy access to get to wherever you need to go! Very responsive hosts they were extremely helpful. The flat was beautiful well lit and very nice. We had everything we needed the whole time. Big thank you to the hosts. 10/10 you’d be making a mistake by not staying here

Place: Absolutely wonderful, spacious, and great for a large group of people. It honestly looks better than the pictures! The only thing I had a minor complaint about was the lack of heating. For some reason, it didn’t work. It got really cold at night. But, there were plenty of extra blankets to use. Also, worth noting the bathroom downstairs, though it has all the amenities, it is relatively small. Most likely, bigger men won’t be able to use it - or they will make a massive mess. I am 5’6 and I had trouble. Location: About 5-7 minutes walk to Langdon Station (DLR) that then connects to Central Station or anywhere really! It felt really safe as-well. There is Corner Shop right outside for snacks & other small grocery items. Overall, GREAT place. Thank you to Murray and his team, and I sincerely apologize for the noise complaint. I had some of my much younger family members staying with us, & they were a little loud. Appreciate your patience & kindness.

beautiful property and exactly as described. very safe area and although right next to the rail line, never noisy. not the most walkable part of town, but easy access to the underground to get wherever you need to go. owners are helpful and responsive. maybe bring a pair of slippers with you for the stairs, as they can be a little harsh on bare feet. overall, i would recommended.

Extremely convenient location to get to Canary Wharf and Startford. Oxford street is just 35 minutes away as well. Large spacious flat with 2 well appointed bedrooms. Easy to get in and out, very safe and secure location and flat. Lift access to luggage. We went to Shoreditch for restaurants for the most part which is just 10 mins away by tube/Uber. Very responsive management team, always available on the app and on other messaging platforms. If they could address a few issues, this flat could easily be a 10/10. Its currently a 7/10. I faced an issue where 2 twin mattresses were held together on a king bed. Once I complained, they were very responsive and replaced the mattress, I would ensure this is done on all their properties. The couch had lost most of its springs in the living room and needs an upgrade. Many cabinet doors need repairs. Overall - if they spent a couple of days just fixing small things in the flat, it could easily be one that people come to again and again.

The accommodation is very easy to access in a secure area. A former factory converted into homes offers an atypical industrial style environment. you immediately feel comfortable in this spacious, bright and well-equipped space. Nearby transportation (DLR 5min, Metro 13min) is a plus to get to central London in less than 30min. Small shops 5 minutes from the accommodation on foot. A perfect base to taste everything London has to offer. Throughout the preparation of our trip and once there, Myles was very responsive in answering our questions. thank you again. Probably the best place I've been able to try in London

This was the first paragraph of our trip in the UK and was very happy to book this guest house.Excellent location and close to the subway.The room is beautiful and the small garden on the roof is full of surprises.The communication with the host was timely and patient.Friends were happy and we unanimously decided to stay here next time we come to London.

Fine apartment with an industrial atmosphere. We had a few issues when we arrived but the host is super responsive and the issues were resolved quickly. There is a Tesco and a kiosk within 100 meters and a well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic place to stay with my family of six in London. Easy access to the DLR which was a simple switch to the main Tube lines for transportation. Inside space was comfortable for everyone and I appreciated the in unit washing machine!

The flat was great. Very convenient to the DLR to get to the Tube. Great local coffee spot nearby. Had a great week in London with our family. Murray was always responsive and helpful.

Beautiful appartment with industrial look. Spacious. All that we needed for a week of London vacation was available. Relatively quiet part of the city but well-connected to Central London. 5 mins to DLR station and 15 mins to Underground. Would recommend to friends and family!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic; it was just a 7-minute walk to the DLR train that took us everywhere we wanted to go in London. The check-in process was a breeze, with Myles greeting us at the door and even helping carry our bags up the stairs. Although we encountered a minor issue with the key fob on the first day, Myles was incredibly responsive and immediately took care of it. He even offered to order UberEats for us since we couldn't access the gates without the key, a lifesaver after a long day of traveling. We appreciated how they went above and beyond to keep in touch with us via a group chat on Whats App, making it easy for us to reach out whenever we needed assistance. My family has agreed that this will be our go-to Airbnb in London. Furthermore, Myles's kindness was truly touching, especially since we were in town for a funeral. It made our stay even more meaningful. Thank you for everything!

We had a beautiful stay here, the place was beautiful and spacious as described, the hosts were responsive even in the evenings, we experienced little to no hiccups and everything we could have needed was provided from towels to cutlery and utensils, slippers, spare blankets, everything. 100% would recommend, we were very happy and would definitely come again.

The host replied very quickly, there is a free parking space in the yard🈶, it is very convenient for us to travel by car, it takes ten minutes to reach DLT, it is convenient to go to the various attractions in central London.Very nice wearhouse apartment, my mom loves it, I will choose it next time I come to London.

Myles' place was excellent; the view was amazing, and the place was so spacious. It was a perfect spot for us. Also, Myles' was a very accommodating host. For example, we made the mistake of accidentally locking ourselves out, and Myles had it handled instantly and was so gracious about it. The apartment and the host were some of the best I have had!

Myles’s place was exactly like the pictures! Upon arrival our group needed to contact Myles’s team and they were extremely responsive and corrected our small issue immediately. There’s a really convenient store within a two minute walk, a perfect place to get last minute things or a quick snack. The rail is within a 10 minute walk and get you to just about anywhere you need to go. Overall the listing was just as it was pictured and we enjoyed our stay.
