Communication before arrival was clear and prompt. At check-in, there was an issue with leftover luggage from a previous guest, but Murray Stays responded immediately, kept us informed, and arranged a cleaner within minutes while recommending a nearby spot to relax. Although not ideal, their quick and attentive handling made a big difference. Not something I would have had chance to experience if things had gone smoothly. Once resolved, we had a fantastic stay. The property is well located for exploring London, especially Shoreditch, with great cafés and coffee shops just steps away. Thank you for your support in quickly putting things right. Murray Stay's response to our issue, combined with the quality and location of the property, is exactly why I will be staying here again and recommending it on to friends and colleagues.

We had a very good stay in this spacious and ideally located apartment, a few minutes from Old Street Metro Station. Very responsive host. Clear instructions.

Overall, great stay. The response during check-in and throughout was quick and helpful. Our original place had the boiler fail just after we checked in and Myles had us in another (better) spot within 30 minutes after the engineer said it wasn't able to be fixed. This response was a great and made it stress free for us in a somewhat stressful situation.

This was a rare find. The place is very close to Old street tube station. Large space with a very good kitchen and coffee. Home theater system if you don't wanna go out. Very good valu for money.

It was great to stay in this apartment! It is well located, close to a subway station and markets. The place served me perfectly. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I recommend it!

We had a fantastic time at Murrays stay. The location was fantastic with lots to do. The apartment was clean and spacious. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It was lovely to have two en suite bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place.
