There was black mould in the bathrooms. There were tiles coming off the walls in the bathrooms, some at a height in the shower which could have been dangerous while shampooing etc. the door handle of the main bathroom was hanging off. One of the sinks had no soap. The rest of the house felt clean, in particular the beds. The pictures in general are accurate, but are carefully taken to avoid some blemishes including stained walls and damage to floors and carpet. The outdoor area was unkept, with rubbish and just one old chair. I messaged Murray Stays asking how to close the sunlight. They sent a man over without telling us. They should have let us know that someone was going to knock on the door as this could startle a group of women. He had to climb on the kitchen counter to close it, and left without cleaning or disinfecting the surface. We understand that we booked in summer, but it is is hard to get air into the space. Fans were available, but were loud and some broken.

On the first day, the washbasin was broken, but after communication, someone came to fix it the next day. The location is quite good, but there is a ceiling fan without a protective cover, which is a bit dangerous. Also, the bathroom may be a bit older, with some cabinets that don't open or tiles that seem like they are about to fall off.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and exactly what our group was looking for. The upstairs kitchen and living area provided a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the three bedrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with the basics for making coffee or tea each morning, which was a nice touch and made it easy to start the day before heading out. The location was another highlight. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very welcoming, while still being conveniently close to bus stops and the Underground, making it easy to get around London. There were also several excellent neighborhood restaurants within a short walk, giving us plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, this was a fantastic home base for our London visit, and we'd gladly stay here again.

Excellent location – quiet yet very accessible. Large, well-equipped flats, clean and quiet, offering comfort and privacy. The host is responsive. Ideal for families or small groups

Great location if you have a big group. Easy walk to the tube or bus stop. Tesco express is right around the corner. Lots of pubs and restaurants within 10mins walking. Great communications from the manager, and they took care of our needs right away.

Communication before arrival was clear and prompt. At check-in, there was an issue with leftover luggage from a previous guest, but Murray Stays responded immediately, kept us informed, and arranged a cleaner within minutes while recommending a nearby spot to relax. Although not ideal, their quick and attentive handling made a big difference. Not something I would have had chance to experience if things had gone smoothly. Once resolved, we had a fantastic stay. The property is well located for exploring London, especially Shoreditch, with great cafés and coffee shops just steps away. Thank you for your support in quickly putting things right. Murray Stay's response to our issue, combined with the quality and location of the property, is exactly why I will be staying here again and recommending it on to friends and colleagues.

Overall, great stay. The response during check-in and throughout was quick and helpful. Our original place had the boiler fail just after we checked in and Myles had us in another (better) spot within 30 minutes after the engineer said it wasn't able to be fixed. This response was a great and made it stress free for us in a somewhat stressful situation.

This was a rare find. The place is very close to Old street tube station. Large space with a very good kitchen and coffee. Home theater system if you don't wanna go out. Very good valu for money.

We had a fantastic time at Murrays stay. The location was fantastic with lots to do. The apartment was clean and spacious. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It was lovely to have two en suite bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place.
