This is a classic Athenian apartment, set in the centre of the city. It has been fully renovated and turned into a stylish, modern living space. It has a simple yet luxurious feel.

Wheelchair-friendly home—please confirm wheelchair width in advance (typically 60–80cm) to ensure smooth access and a comfortable stay.

We are very close to Omonia Square, one of the focal points of Athenian life. Omonia metro station is 1 block away. You can walk to the main market, the city's shopping and entertainment center, the National Archaeological Museum, and the Acropolis.

You can reach the apartment using public transport(Red and Green line, buses or taxis). We do not recommend hiring a car as parking is a bit difficult. However, if you are using a car we will be happy to suggest parking stations nearby.
The Omonoia is a well-known working-class neighborhood that has been experiencing gentrification for several years. This transformation has made it more trendy, altering both the demographic of its residents and the types of businesses in the area. This process is well underway, leading to the coexistence of diverse and sometimes conflicting dynamics: the older, modest reality-supported by social assistance centers for these groups-alongside newer, more cosmopolitan trends, largely driven by tourism, which are steadily gaining ground. Visitors to this neighborhood should understand that they are entering an area undergoing a transformation similar to those seen in major cities across Europe and North America. It is therefore an ideal place for everyone who wants to experience life in the heart of Athens. The Omonoia is an interesting area of Athens. The neighborhood also has a bohemian, alternative, and underground vibe, typical of being in the historic center of a large city. However, it possesses a unique personality and charm that make it a must-visit destination. For seasoned travelers, I highly recommend this area if you're looking to experience an authentic and vibrant Athens neighborhood. However, if you’re uncomfortable navigating areas in the midst of gentrification, where you may occasionally encounter disadvantaged groups, this neighborhood might not be the best choice for you. What is the attraction of Viktoria? The area is lively, rich in history, and full of character. It's a dynamic, multicultural neighborhood offering a diverse selection of inviting cafés, restaurants, and bars. It is also very attractive that just a few minutes walk from the flat you will find the Pedion Areos park, the Hellenic Motor Museum, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National Archaeological Museum, the National Metsovio Polytechnic, the Kerameikos Museum, the Temple of Hephaestus, the Ancient Agora of Athens.

Location of the apartment is very good only 150mtrs to Metrostation. Very easy to find the location. Walking distance(600mtrs) to restaurant areas also local Greece restaurants nearby. Apartment good and equipped so brkfst, lunch can easily be done. The host met me and had clear instructions about closing and so on. Jacuzzi is more like a normal bath tube. I can recommend the appartment.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was at a walkable distance from all the nice spots to visit. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The hosts were attentive and communicative. I feel like I've returned from heaven. This is such a cozy and fully equipped apartment, you won't want to get out of it. In fact, there were days that I really struggled. Superbly designed, intimate and there is nothing missing, not even a washing machine and for lovers to indulge after a day of walking in Athens' gems - hot tub! You can listen to the wonderful Athenian radio stations through the TV, or use its smart functions to transmit a photo from your smart phone. While the neighborhood is a bit run down and I was worried about going out at night, the location is fantastic! Right in the center. If you want to go to the main squares it is 10 minutes away and even if you want to go to the National Museum of Archaeology or climb Mount Leikibettus, it is a 30 minute walk, or to the parliament, also a distance of 20 minutes walk and the amazing gardens one third, also an identical distance. In fact, everything is within walking distance, to the point that I didn't regret not purchasing a metro ticket. It really wasn't needed! The first day I got a bit in trouble with the electricity and Chrissia the contact and Harry solved the problem for me and were very available! I cannot recommend this apartment more, which made my stay in Athens dreamy andunforgettable. Thanks Harry. Thanks Lillian. Hope we get to see you again, The next time I visit Athens. Ευχαριστ
